Still debating whether or not to get a ps4 or a build a gaming rig. Gameplay mods for pc games are tipping the scale that way, not really interested in graphic mods at all and I'm inclined to wait for a least 5 8th gen only games that interest me before seriously considering getting a ps4 while the pc has tons of rpgs that seem like they would cover my gaming needs.

It's quite simple, mods are good for gamers and bad for R*. This whole notion that R* is killing a selling point is strictly from a pc gamers perception, not a business one. R* doesn't want them anywhere near their game. Clearly.
Why would they want modders showing them up and offering free content that they r* can charge for? Saddened actually, mods were going to be my only reason i picked this up again. Hopefully it won't be long before someone cracks it.
