That being said, I'd say the difference between FB 2 & 3 is substantial enough to merit significant changes to how we visually enjoy and play the game. Personally, I think IW has either gotten incredibly lazy or Activision is forcing them to work with the Quake 3 engine.
Frostbite 3 is actually built from the ground up; it wasn't a continuation from Frostbite 2.
If Dice/EA can do it, then IW/Activision can as well
This could honestly be alot worse, i can think of ONE company who's forcing it upon there fans, ONE company who actually likes the idea of it, ONE company to rule them-- You get the point. That being said, if it's going to be the same as this gen more or less, thats actually alright (i buy most of my games 1st party as well). At least Sony's opting to not make it mandatory...some companies don't like DRM at all either, didn't Bethesda already annouce they're against it...

Fully agreed, I was a hardcore Xbox 360 fan, but after their latest "gaming" console, MS can lick my threefoot--you get the idea lol. Glad I bought a PS3 on boxing day and borrowed all of their exclusives, this holiday, Sony can gladly take my money! PS4 ftw!

By far the worst article I've ever read. I'm no CoD fanboy, but anyone with half a brain knows CoD 4 is one of the best FPS shooters ever made. Campaign = Excellent. Multiplayer = Excellent (The only CoD MP I'll ever give a rating this high). Maps = The best maps since, not one CoD after CoD 4 has replicated or gotten even close to the design of Cod 4's maps.
Are they including a survival zombie mode?? If so I'm sold.
Or maybe even an expansion pack like Halo 3: ODST was to the main game. I could totally see this where you play as a Spartan 4 and do missions on Requiem possibly before and during the events of Halo 4.
