With this Pro Tip, you can be King Of The Arcade!
Too bad there aren't any arcades anymore...
It's the old "Don't fix what ain't broke" idea. I'm fine with it...to a point.
This sounds cool...I love playing co-op games with my girlfriend. Only, she's the impatient one...and if I started to fall behind, she'd end up going on without me...It'd be like New Super Mario Brothers all over again!
NOOO!
You mean you have to use your hands? It's like a baby toy!
But anyway, did anyone else use your free hand to cover up the front of the gun so you could reload in light gun arcade games without aiming away from the screen?
I hate to be "that guy" (as in, that guy that this game is directly targeted at), but I actually didn't care about DR2 at all because it didn't have Frank in it...maybe now I'll give this one a try.
Frank West...are you aware that he has covered wars?
My name is Southsidesam, and I have OCRD.
I can't stand it when my clip is missing even one round...*begins to sob*
It's okay, the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.
I don't think I've ever been this excited by an attract-mode/trailer or whatever at the beginning of the game.
Now I feel like my life is just a little bit more dull than I thought...
That Pixeljunk game looks slick. I love a good Tron aesthetic.
It's a game kids play...You bounce a ball in a square and try to catch it. Something along those lines.
That's the cool thing about games...You can have your Skyrims or whatever that just plop you into a world, and you can have your Uncharteds that guide you along a path. The latter tend to have better stories, but they're not necessarily *the best* stories...if that makes any sense.
I agree, this stuff is very annoying. That's why I do a pretty good job of avoiding crap like FourSquare or that TV-watching one. If I want someone on Facebook to know I watched Breaking Bad, I'll say "HEY, I WATCHED BREAKING BAD." I don't need no stinkin' badges.
AS IF HIM FALLING IN LOVE WITH A HUMAN GIRL WASN'T BAD ENOUGH.
That AC cameo is great. I love it when devs do little winking half-mocking nods to other games.
Of course, nothing beats "That's one DOOMED space marine!" from Duke 3D.
Wow, that's pretty awesome.
Makes me wish I read more books...
Spoooooky stuff!
I honestly believe that achievements were one of the most brilliant innovations this generation. I think they've done more to keep people buying and playing games than HD graphics or motion-sensing whatnots. The thing is, the brilliant for Microsoft, Sony, and Valve. They're meaningless to us, and yet, we love them.
Clearly, this guy proves my point.
Please no gliding challenges...the AR stuff in Arkham City is bad enough.
While I would agree that Arkham City is kinda just AA but better, I don't think it's fair to knock a game for doing that until, say, the third game.
At least, that's how I feel. I loved Assassin's Creed 2, but have had no interest in either of the two games following it, because they just look like the same thing. If Rocksteady's next Batman game is just a slightly better version of Arkham City, I will be disappointed.
And yet, I'd totally go camping with Otacon.
I played the PC version wayyy back in the day...I seem to recall it being in Japanese, even. Am I thinking of the right thing?
Either way, I didn't really get into it and have always been meaning to give it another try.
