I thought of that and I included it in the post. I do have a video of someone using a lag switch, and I agree. But I know the difference between just getting pwned vs someone hacking. I usually just quit the game and find a new one. It is just that it is so prevalent (like my example of being on a team that had a constant Advanced UAV) now that it isn't any fun.
There just isn't anywhere to upload them to from my PS3 which would be ideal.

We evolved. We know we evolved and we have empirical evidence that we evolved. If you want to claim your god (sorry not sure which god you follow) put evolution into motion... fine by me, that doesn't harm anyone. Denying a sound scientific education does.

I stopped believing in any gods when I was 8. I still believed in Santa however because there was empirical evidence (at least to an 8 year old.) None for any gods.
I like some of the creative solutions to cheating lately... quarantining all cheaters to the same server sounds perfect. MW3 has become unplayable due to cheating.

You're right there. The difference in sales worldwide isn't much. There will be a sales winner, but I don't think any system "lost." I don't know how selling billions of dollars worth of hardware is losing.
I think there is also something else going on more than that. Every time I turn around I read a dev's interview about how great it is to work with SONY. Not just AAA devs but the smaller ones as well. MS has snagged some awesome indie games as well(Bastion) but I wonder how this will play out next gen.
