I didn't know Xbox Live members couldn't do this. I am rather flabbergasted by it. I am not trying to take a jab at Xbox users, but, Live is supposed to be this awesome service, but....
Yes. PS3 owners have been able to preorder digitally for awhile now. Also, day one digital has been part of the free service for almost a year (10 months.)

The PS3 hard drive can be changed so the "limitless memory" argument doesn't hold any water. Plus,
consoles have games that the PC doesn't. Fun, great games. The PC has fun great games that consoles don't.
Why is it either or? That doesn't even make sense. Is there some law that prevents me from having a PS and a PC? Dumb article

4. Games that I can't play on PC. It isn't a matter of my PC/console is better, it is a question of what games I want to play.
4A: Demon's Souls, Ni No Kuni, Uncharted, Killzone, God Of War, Gran Turismo, etc etc.
Of course, the same argument can be made for PC, which is why I said, "It isn't about better" it is about games. There are PC games I play too.

You, sir, are a genius. I have been saying this for years. Even blogged about it twice, once trying to help them out by giving them ways to improve. They aren't just d-bags, they are a wagon full of douches, a veritable douchewagon.
allformats is correct. This is a big worry. If they don't have all of their hardware and software in line yet, they need to start to go into production soon to get it out the door by November. We are three months away and they are making hardware and software changes.
Either it releases late (even 2014) or we get a mess with day one system updates.

PS4 plus FIFA (and Driveclub) = 399 Euros or 349 pounds. Plus 59 for FIFA = 450 Euros or 400 pounds.
X1 plus FIFA = 499.99 or 429 pounds.
How is 499.99 Euros genius when you can get a console and game for 50 Euros less? Or in the UK for 30 pounds less?

It isn't just Second Son. It is all of the games. Even the indies just look fun. I haven't been this excited about gaming in a long time. There are so many titles coming out for this console that just seem like a blast to play.

And the titles, so far, that I want from X1 I can get on my PC: so far that is Titanfall.

Not only that, but the protagonists shadow is far longer (like mid-late afternoon) whereas the people fighting on the beach are about noon-1 pm. And two shadows are perpendicular.

Excellent blog. The sad thing is that you missed other mistakes. I mean, you really could pick this thing apart. I don't know how anyone can say: this looks fantastic. The gameplay vids didn't look anything different than current gen is already offering. This looks like a shoddy QTE heavy mess.
