Nice. But I think your #3 problem is what lends itself to all the other problems that you talk about and therefore should be your #1.
Corporatism, when it comes to media, is the biggest culprit when it comes to a lack of informing the masses.
"Freedom of the Press" ended when corporations were allowed by the FCC to have media monopolies. Just a few decades ago, there were over 80 media corporations. The law used to say that any 1 corporation coul...
Another Watch Dogs article with the obligatory ridiculous comments. Translation, people who don't know what they are talking about posting comments filled with misinformation.
I love how no comments were made when the footage clearly showed PS4 controls, but now we see footage with Xbox controls and that is suddenly "news."
In the age of information, ignorance is a choice.
@Alien I totally agree with your list. Most people do. That doesn't mean Facebook does. Think about how Facebook makes money.
This device has to function on that business model. If it doesn't then why would they use it?
Your post could have been about Kinect or Move. That is why I think SONY did better with the move tech because it was a peripheral. Now Morpheus uses Move.
I like this better because I will have something in my h...
Well, my question would be, why should a game that costs $60 have microtransactions?
If the Division is F2P, then I may really be wary of it. Planetside 2 is already a proven so I would rather enjoy that game rather than a new IPMMO that isn't tested.
Kristine Steiner said: "Got a bit more clarification from the store team, it seems like this download for PS4 is just the client, so you will need an account for the game to be able to play."
What that means, I am not sure. I am one of those old school types that likes to have the disc, so I don't mind grabbing it, but then, if I can get the game for free then just pay a monthly subscription, then I will do that.
They're out today. The "Easter Sale." Not part of this update which I think is smart because it might overwhelm and consumers might miss a title or three.
Or how about a side story with another protagonist with a new power. And then the having Delsin come to learn it and in doing so, reveal your backstory.
Facebook, the new Myspace.
Yes, kids, there was a space on the internet called Myspace that used to be the social center of the world. Of course, that was back when dinosaurs still roamed the world and all land was part of one giant continent called Pangaia.
Exactly. They're such a "minority" that there needed to be press about it.
Doesn't sound like a minority. And I think that it is important to understand that backers are upset.
I don't see this as a good thing. If Valve had grabbed it, or even Microsoft, then I could see some light at the end of the tunnel, but a company that promotes "social" interaction and Farmville isn't really going to give gamers their due.

I thought I saw a story on here that said they would do just that: add DLC for the 3rd. The only thing I don't get is that the story is already known. It is not like there are "spoilers" to be revealed.
The book has been out for almost 80 years.
I am getting Child of Light. I just think that game looks fun. Plus Stealth at no extra charge is nice. Hope it is good.
I don't disagree with the choices, but I wouldn't want to wait another 6-8 years for them. What would be wrong with putting them on current generation consoles. They would look great on the XBone and PS4.
Why wait until the PS5 and XBone2?
Indeed. I wish they had never swallowed up Enix. Enix would be monstrous now. It seems as soon as it happened all Enix titles and creativity was shoved to the side.
Further, they claim that Ellen Page should play Ellie. Why wouldn't we have Ashley Johnson play her? She is short enough and young enough looking to play the part.
And, since she is the original actress....
Read a clickbait article? No thanks. No clicky for click bait. I will be voting down, though, Congratulations!
I really hope this lives up to the hype when it was shown at E3. The game looks like a blast.
What I am not looking forward to are the abundant amount of flamebait articles that will claim "graphix downgradez!"
Well said. This is a prime example of what is wrong with game journalism: lack of professionalism, yellow journalism, click bait, trolling...
It's embarrassing.
Because trolling reviews like this one, written only to get hits on a site rather than bring something to the discussion result in his site being downgraded on this aggregate.
Most users won't even comment, just vote the site down for what is obviously click bait.
Excellent blog. I don't always see eye to eye with you, but you are correct.
See my comment here, that was marked as trolling:

It is the #2 comment. I wonder why a comment as thought out as the one I posted was marked trolling. You are certainly right about that.
You do know the Mighty Number 9 is created by the original creator of Mega Man. If you want the MM fix, that is the game you should support.
