Excellent blog and excellent conclusion. Clickbait articles are certainly written for clickbait.
And it certainly does reveal that anyone can be a "gaming journalist." There are bloggers on N4G that think their writing ability is equal to earning a degree in journalism from an accredited university. It is sadly hysterical.
Then there are those that can't take criticism of their writing very well, which is hysterical because they call themselv...
Update: The PlayStation Store download issue regarding MLB 14 The Show on PS4 has been resolved. We apologize for any frustration this caused, and thank the community for its patience and understanding.

Thank the Hockey Gods it's not Rick Jeanneret!
I held out for 15 and I think my patience will be rewarded as I think the lead plats are PS4 and X1. It looks amazing.
Lucasarts is gone because Lucas is stone cold crazy. He went off the deep end not too long after Ewoks made their appearance. After the appearance of Jar Jar...well, we all know what happened after that.
Yes. I wonder why I got disagrees for having the submarine in the middle of downtown.
I just didn't go with all the "bunch of dead people" selfies.
Excellent piece! I am actually excited for a Call of Duty game again. Hope it is as good as those earlier in the series.
None of these beat mine.
Love it but they missed the awesome one in Lego Indiana Jones
I think this game has gone beyond the "murica v terroritst."
I also believe it is a wonderful commentary(yes, in a Call of Duty game (they did it before in MW2)) about what is happening on our planet: The rise of the Private Military Corporation .
You look at G4S and Blackwater and you have to, one day, accept that military forces are no longer beholden to a country's people or to their politics. These PMCs are beholden only to the bottom line...
Have you seen this?

I thought you might enjoy it since they answered your request before you asked for it. Lulz. Maybe that could be their new marketing ploy: Playstation: We know what you want even before you do!
But, you are right. Indies outnumber AAA right now on the PS4. And thanks to PS+...
I like the concept. I am concerned about the name: Indie Game Informer.
There already is a Game Informer and it is published every month with digital and physical content. http://www.gameinformer.com...
This could lead to a lawsuit/ cease and desist/ etc from them because your IP is too much like theirs in name. They may claim that you are taking revenue from them due to confusion.
Well played, joab, well played.
...and inexpensive!
Or at least the sit down arcade game with speakers behind you. That game was fun.
Agree. Huge problems in the narrative killed it for me: Specifically, since, the protagonist isn't a complete moron. Therefore, when the main antagonist walks by while I and my partner are hidden, why can't I just jump up and waste him.
No, stupid narrative prevents it. Dumb.
...and Elysium is a dead ripoff of Rodman Philbrick's Last Book in the Universe.
"With Ryter as his companion, Spaz sets off an unlikely quest to save his dying sister -- and in the process, perhaps the world."
I would consider it one. But did anyone find the CEO of Blackwater's statements disturbing?
The man is lying through his teeth. We all saw dead Blackwater mercenaries at the start of the Iraq War. Of course, news outlets were told to label them "contractors" but no one is buying that line anymore.
Probably a peripheral. Most likely another variant on the 2DS or 3DS.
If they were going console, I'd want at least another year of development BEFORE any announcement.
Not sure this is good news for Nintendo, but that number is sold through, correct?
So, the Console has sold through over 1.5-2 million more consoles(because they won't tell us) than X1s that have reached retail.
No one ever seems to know what X1 has sold through to end users.
