Why?
You don't know if they all leveled to 999 (or whatever it is). And what if they used the glitch just to upgrade weapons?
How is that fair to people who don't glitch?
I could use the exploits to get weapons upgraded and level up to just the "right" level where others are playing and invade and own them.
That's why.
It's not rocket science: The game was already complete where as Telltale's game continues to evolve and the story can change as the weeks go by.
Maybe research should be your number one priority.
I do remember that and once you get to the comments it was declared fake. That guy had switched armor and other things in the middle of the game and he never showed what he was using so his equipment could have been leveled up massively.
Dragon Quest Heroes is a game I can't wait to get my hands on. Its release will bring about the inevitable, official announcement of Dragon Quest XI for consoles.
If they remaster Battlefield Bad Company 2, I am on board. Easily one of the best MP games of the decade.
I just want them to delevel all the people that used the glitch.
"Ben [is] entitled."
Exactly.
Polygon got caught with their pants down.
This site and Ben K. is what is wrong with Game Journalism. It's hate? I believe the finger needs to be pointed the other way.
You see, people like Ben are the ones that hate gaming. The people here, at N4G (as is evidenced by the comments) are the ones that love this hobby. We are the ones that love gaming.
We call out ...
I have no idea what this guy is talking about. I have a backlog on both current and last gen consoles. 2015 alone has had a plethora of amazing titles. And it is only March. 2015 quite possibly may be one of the best years for gaming.
Developers don't delay games. Publishers do. This is because the Pubs don't understand development time.
Bye
Not only that, it gives you the details on the notebook when you look at it in your inventory.
CS:Go? Is there a new mod or something?
I bought one for Little Big Planet 2 so that I could find all the materials and get full completion. I think they work best for open world games that might help you find stuff you missed.
I also bought Ni No Kuni's strategy guide which is a beautiful piece of work for the same reason.
I get what you are saying though, I hardly need one for most games, Bloodborne's isn't out yet. As soon as I opened the gate near the first lantern, I realized I d...
And these are just the Wii U games coming out this year.
I think 2015 might just be the blockbuster year for gaming. Awesome.
Very cool. I hope they kept the music.
I'm not bemoaning delays. I have tons to play right now. And the games on the horizon that are coming out are going to make my backlog grow.
Delays? Good. I don't have the time to play all that I want.
I imagine Axiom Verge is free for PS+ and RBI Baseball was until they realized a free baseball game would take away sales of the Show.
I would expect that it was discovered through:
A) Experimentation wherein someone wanted to see if you could share items across saves. Something that is done in many current gem games.
B) Dev kit. Used to explore code and determine exploits.
Shh, the naysayers will be angry!
Good list though.
Any split screen online game can feature chat now, where all players are included. You can just set up a mic now.
I agree with Kane. The game must load every enemy and every breakable object and every open gate and every boss that you haven't defeated, and not load the bosses you did.
That took 20 seconds.
There's a great bit by Louis CK where he makes fun of people "non contributing zeroes" who complain about this stuff. Complaining about the time it takes for a text message to download a video.
