Not included here are server cost, datacenter renting, database adminstrator, electricity cost .. employees salary etc.. As you can see with just a SMALL number of 20,000 people the costs of "hosting" this are astronomical high! The more ppl. come, the more servers they need to rent. The more work has to be done on software side to keep everything running 100%, more ppl. need to be hired etc.. etc..
