What i´m asking now is, how come can a shabby 50?team big developer get the rights to demolish Paganis and what not (like in the first Project Cars), but a 20 year old franchise with billions earned revenue can not do the same?! So strange that a small team with 4 years managed to acquire? the rights?, the license? to demolish the cars ... while Sony and PD can not do that "because the car manufacture ...

After watching some Grid and Project Cars damage compilation videos ... i´m glad GT nor Forza has any of that. Seriously racing on 3 wheels with a wreck of car in Grid (Honda NSX) ... why would you want something like that? For anything more realistic the hardware is not there yet.
And let´s be honest :

I do think that there´s a viable market on the PC, where many buy games. But i´m pretty certain, without working in the industry that consoleros are the ones investing more DAY1 full price than someone playing on the PC.

Sony sold since 2013 480mill. software titles, that is like 150 per year. MS wants to reach 70mill this year with the help of XBX, meaning they were selling below that in the past few years (2:1). Dunno if that´s gonna change in the near future ...
Because unless ya out for free karma points, it makes absolutely no sense to own two platforms that have up to 85% of the same games.
