Like that would do anything. I know forty year olds who act younger than I am (23). This is especially true when they play games because they know that no one will do anything about it when they are called on it except to leave the game.
I've got a friend who is Bipolar as well and if what people say about music is true than she is truely screwed as to get past the "bad times", as she puts it, she listens to music. Her favourite artist? 50 Cent. Guess I should hide my games next time she comes over as she may be over stimulated (especially if she sees Manhunt).
They don't take mental state into account when buying a gun (unless obviously drunk or high). Only you criminal history and if you belong to any group that is red flagged by the government. A very flawed system as there are too many ways to get around the background checks that are usually only passively done.
If you look at the movies that the Japanese watch and then look at their crime rate you will see that having more violence in movies (and by association, video games) is a good thing.
So the guy legally buys firearms from the corner store (not literally of course) but that is not the problem. He stops taking medication for an "undisclosed illness", but that can't possibly be the problem.
But the fact that he was a loner who played video games means that he was a time bomb just waiting to go off.
What are you talking about being lazy? These people are making HUGE games for YOU to enjoy. I have heard people on this site complaining how short some games are, how they are done before they really even get into it. The installation is required so that in game load times will be shorter. Sure you are complaining about a one time download, granted it is a long one. But I would hate to hear you whine if you had to sit through the constant level loads of absurd length if the installation weren...
So your saying that because MS says that it is lower that every other report in the world must be wrong?
What is that guy talking about when he said that manhunt is a terrible game? Did he actually play that game or did he just listen to what the media said about it? Or maybe he was talking about manhunt 2. That game was pretty terrible.
Can't wait for this and LEGO Indiana Jones. Both LEGO Star Wars are the only games (besides FFXII) that I still play. If Batman is even half as good I know I will enjoy it for a long time to come.
I would write for more systems, unfortunatly I only have a PS3.
It gets blurry to represent you focusing on objects that are far away.
You will be able to pause the game. You just wont be able to cycle through any of the menus while pause (ala FF VII).
Manhunt 2 is a stroke of genius. I also loved Mass Effect.
Kind of off topic here, but does anyone know when the dlc for COD on the PS3 will be available?
Of course there is no perfect system. People designed each one of these systems and there is no such thing as a perfect person. The only difference is that the PS3 allows for system upgrades that can be installed at anytime.
What is this writer talking about when he says that the XBox is better at down loading demo's? When you dl on the XBox you can only play them while online. When you dl on the playstation you get them for life.
I guess you will enjoy all the play time you get while waiting for it to be repaired.
They sure seem to be hyping the special stuff you get only on the XBox. Doesn't seem worth it though when you actually think about. Imagine driving full speed down the Main St. when all of a sudden your system overheats and suddenly it's auto-shut down city for me!
Also one of the easiest demos I have ever played. I didn't even know You needed to control both characters until I got to a check point. By then I had taken out everyone in the base that I saw with out taking anything more than minor damage.
Thats what you get when more and more girls admit to playing video games.
Notice how I say admit, they have always played games just as much as we guys have. I had friends in High School who always wondered when a female would be the lead, not just second in command. It is about time, imo.
The only way to get rid of NOOBs would be to force people to play the offline game and beat it first. That way you would have some experiance at playing and would take it more seriously while playing it.
