This thing plugs into the ps4 with a usb and hdmi port. It can't provide anything to the actual processing of the game. Everything it does is external so all games still rely on what the ps4 itself can render.

The fact that it will work with the PS5 could be a blessing OR a hinderance. If VR tech takes off this gen and the technology moves forward a lot in the next few years then the morpheus on PS5 might be a bad thing if they have to program for the specs rather than new tech that may come out in the years to come. Why should it be free? Would you have paid sony to give you dlna support? No, they provided it for free after the fact. Do you expect MS to charge for the 360 emulator? My win10 streaming works very similar to steam in-home streaming. If i'm connected by wire on both ends, the streaming is flawless. To reduce input lag, I just keep my controller synced to the xbox one instead of my pc. Over the laptop on wifi I need to reduce the quality a little bit to keep the stream fluid.
