Nice stealth edit after reading the actual article and not just the headline
“I think so. There’s this idea that’s been named ‘parity clause’, but there is no clause. We’ve come out and been very transparent in the last four or five months about exactly what we want.”
"We’ve done it before, and we work with them on that. If another platform does a deal with you as a developer to build an exclusive version of your game for them, and you can’t ship on my platform for a year, when the game comes out in a year let’s just work together to make it spec...
So use Site To Store or price match... You can do both.
Site To Store online and it's waiting for you at the store at that price, assuming they have it in stock.
Price Match at the register. Just state the listed price and where. Walmart does Price Match online prices now, including their own site which isn't actually ran by Walmart. They also can not ask for proof due to their own policy.
@deafdani: I wholeheartedly agree. Pachter has made a life and living doing what he does. Sometimes it's hard to separate.
@MSBAUSTX: As soon as you tried comparing Pachter to Hitler I stopped reading tbh. The comparison is quite ignorant. Iwata led a life and fulfilling one outside of Nintendo. Pachter is much the same. Rather you agree with everything they say or do isn't the point. You're trying to compare a man who did away with his family and looked to litera...
People need to learn to separate human life from business life. Iwata was a man. He was not Nintendo. Respect the memory of the man, not the company he led for so long.
And not everyone agreed on how Iwata was doing his job at Nintendo in recent years either. The man passed however and that should be the point. Respect of life. Not respect of a company or opinion.
If Pachter passed today would you keep stating what you're stating? If you did so how would you be any different?
So why does Iwata have to equal Nintendo? The man has passed.
People stating "He was it out for Nintendo therefore is dishonoring Iwata" is a tad bit nonsense. Iwata does not equal Nintendo in his passing. Nintendo also does not equal Iwata.
You can direct connect your Vita to the PS4 rather than bouncing off the router then to the system
Not to mention wouldn't it be convenient to play Zombi on the go? Can't do that with WiiU...
Nintendo fans really are reaching. There's the excuse it can't be the same but in reality it really could and those Gamepad features would most definitely work elsewhere. Now it's latancy... But aren't you then getting the same experience? Not to ...
Remote Play features anyone? Hey look, a camera, on screen inventory via the Vita or Remote Play enabled device...
Nintendo fans seem a little butthurt by the prospect that it is 100% possible to duplicate the game plus give it upgrades thanks to more power being available on PS4/Xbox One.
Cause they couldn't do the same with SmartGlass, Remote Play, or via the PlayStation app then do more since those features are not nearly as taxing to system resources.
Four and a half times the power guaranteed. Yeah, we know this since the WiiU has 2GB RAM, one reserved just to run the gamepad and OS leaving it with one for devs. Meanwhile the PS4 has 8GB, giving 4.5GB to devs with one being available as flexible memory and Xbox One has 8GB RAM, 3GB being allocated to t...
Black Ops 3 will probably outsell everything else this year including Star Wars.
Hell, the only thing that seems to compete when sold in the same year or timeframe is GTA.
I do as well. 50" internet enabled 4K for $650. Damn good deal and while not the biggest, best TV available still provides amazing visuals, particularly with actual 4K content.
"Actually, the code in question affects the "BuildTarget" - But as I said, It sits on top of the existing build target code (And doesn't replace it)." Not a developer or anything but what you're talking about is exactly that; Taking code from PC, hoping to throw a little something something on there, then calling it the console version.
Again though that would mean you would be building for PC, targeting PC requirements, then doing the bare minimum...
So what you're saying is consoles should get the straight up port with no real alterations for the system based on the fact the engine is supposed to cater to PC...
Sound logic indeed. Why wouldn't they be coding specifically for PS4 or Xbox One? Are you really condoning the cut and paste treatment?
@Serg: Not trying to be that guy but... Larger ships do tend to be finished over water. The Titanic is a perfect example.
The parts for the ship were partially constructed inland then shipped to the departing docks. From there the ship was pieced together, the dry dock gets completely filled, and you have a floating boat.
Your overall point is very spot on though.
Last year? The PS4 and Xbox One have been on the market for over a year now and as I recall the WiiU launched what? A year before that where they demoed said Zelda title?
Your math is interesting to say the least...
That's like the people jumping on the bandwagon for it being a tech demo. So they just skinned up a new Zelda title vastly different from previous titles, used it as a means to hype up the upcoming WiiU then... Delivered nothing even close to ...
...Then what are you announcing? A lack of support for the WiiU then throwing money at things like Amiibo?
Good for you for not announcing things though I suppose. Congratulations Nintendo. May your fans enjoy buying those Amiibo that are supposed to tie into the games you really aren't releasing for the system they bought barely two years ago.
...What if they drop BC?
I mean think about it. They cut costs and get to one standard for a controller. Options are good don't get me wrong but from a development standpoint hasn't needing to include in so many optional controls actually hindered things to some extent? Plus with the WiiU gamepad things are already taxing since the system itself is doing all the real grunt work...
It would make sense overall for them to eliminate the gamepad. They hav...
Yes, yes you can. PS Vita can direct connect to your PS4. So if you're really THAT worried about playing PS4 games on your Vita without WiFi you'd still have the option to hook up your PS4 in your car or whatever have you I guess. You don't need a TV to use the PS4 during Remote Play so no TV needed in the car.
Though if you were prioritizing playing PS4 games on your Vita in a car or such you'd odds are either look for a hotspot suitable for the use or have W...
True. Then one could learn to actually take in the full situation before chiming praise for something that isn't praiseworthy.
