Once you decide to let someone else tell you if a game is good or not, rather than buy the game for yourself, you can't complain if their way of playing the game isn't to your standards. Don't think Namco didn't get rich selling their stuff on the 360, even with poor sales. You know Microsoft paid buku bucks to them for that to take place. Now that Microsoft is receiving zero benefit from giving all of that money to Namco, they stopped doing so, and so Namco is making money the old fashion way.

This would be an unprecedented yet understandable move of desperation. I can't say that this rumor is crazy...I'd say this has a better chance of happening that the 360 getting Blu-Ray.

Also, Microsoft is insistent on carving their own path this gen and showing that they are different, bigger and better than Sony. One of the biggest selling points of the PS3 is indeed blu-ray. No way Microsoft sits back and allows themselves to get on that train with Sony in the lead. I realize that Sony is only one of 19 or so companies supporting Blu-Ray, but I'd argue that they are the #1 reason why Blu-Ray has succeeded --- and there's no way in the world they would not financial...
