Depends on the game. I can totally see Gran Turismo deliver "true" photorealism on the PS5.

There's a difference between the same old game as it was 15-20 years ago and an actual remake running on a new engine.
It won't run games automatically at 4k/60. It's not powerful enough to do that with every game. Also, a console can't just magically run a 30fps game at 60fps. Only PC's can do that.
PS4 is awesome for both, since it has both.
