Crossplay is a nice feature but that's about it.
Crossplay is irrelevant to me, since i rarely play mp. The most important aspect is games and that's where Sony delivers.
And this is why Playstation dominated 3 out of 4 generations.

Soon? It'll take multiple generations to rival Sonys and Nintendos output (and quality). I have no faith in them. They've been around for 16 years and never really bothered to invest in a diverse first party line up.
