An upgradable console is a very bad idea. The xbox is done (for the foreseeable future) if MS actually pulls through with this.

I own a decent gaming PC (i5 3570k/GTX770 OC) but still prefer the PS4, simply because of the Sony exclusives and japanese games (which take ages to release on PC) I also like the fact, that i don't have to use multiple distribution plattforms (Steam, Origin, Uplay, MS store, Battlenet etc.) to play games.

I agree. It all comes down to games. I own a decent gaming PC too. I still prefer my PS4 because i like to collect my games and there's no PC exclusive that interests me anymore.
Ease of use. PC gaming is much simpler than it used to be, but consoles are still ahead.
Low entry price. You can safe money with PC gaming in the long run, but $400 vs. ~$800 upfront is a big difference.
The ground and snow textures are much better on PC.
