Most people don't give a shit about collecting, that is why movie & TV shows streaming services are so popular.
Anyone who IS a collector knows what they want to buy and keep, because they have an affinity for that specific thing.
A Netflix Library of movies & shows, or an Apple Music subscription, is clearly different from a DVD, Blu-ray, or CD, or a Record collection...even collectors don't buy every single movie or piece of music, they ...
While a price hike is always a bit of a shock, for anything, I don't get this "more games don't equal more time" thing you people keep saying, as if that applies to everyone, or like it's a golden standard...that is like saying Netflix should stop adding movies and shows because people can't watch them all lol, of course you cant, but someone might sign up to Netflix(or GP) for some specific things that gets added that wasn't there before.

People complaining over an 8 score?
I swear, this whole generation, gamers never seem happy... This generation has been the worst in terms of press and new crybaby fans.
That is actually true, Mario games are pure fun, some of the most intuitive games human beings will ever play, it's almost magical..so yeah.
So Magical in fact, that while the game revolves around platforming, and many, many companies make platformers, they can't replicate the Mario Bros feel, and it's not just one game, it's all of them in the series.
Looks Fantastic!!
Insane Graphics.
Wolverine!!!!
Yes Please!!
You mean like the ones on the NES, and the Super NES?
I agree with almost everything said in the review!!
Lord have Mercy, the game is challenging enough as is, and I'm loving it!
I will try this mode after, I'm a glutton for 2d punishment.
@Christopher
**Spoiler**
Not to ruin it, but do you recall the end? they set it up for the next movie, strongly implying the next movie will be based on the game.
Until Dawn was surprisingly a enjoyable movie. I won't shout from the rooftops about it, but it was a nice Friday night out with the wife surprise...very fun and neatly done movie.
Lol.
@Neutral
Wow, I agree with everything you just posted, all facts.
Especially this
"As much as we hardcore players like to think we drive the industry, the truth is we’re just a very vocal minority."
Very well said...and the proof is always in the pudding.
I think All MS games are coming to PS console...is just a matter of seeing if MS will do day and date with all titles, or stagger the bigger titles like Halo.
Have you played Avowed?
That game is really good, with fun mechanics, customization, big maps that is not bloated, a good story and just very polished overall.
I understand and agree that it's a dumb comment, and I don't agree with it at all.
But the reason he can confidently say that is because a large, very large portion of gamers buy MTX each and every day, and his comment wont matter that much as most gamers either don't really care, or a large portion don't read news like we do, they will continue to lap up that shiny new skin to be "in game cool" lol.
1Victor,
Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians, reached nearly 10 million units worldwide "each."
Read it again, there is a word in there that clears up your misunderstanding.
@ Pete
" If Sony just visited N4G occasionally"
Ha! that genuinely made me laugh.
You speak as if N4G isn't a bubble of a site, as if N4G is representing all gamers. If it was, Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 would sell poorly, literally only kids would buy it, and Call of Duty would be a terrible game and not a billion $$ franchise...all according to N4Gers lol.
Why would you want to feed Sony incorrect, bias, arm-ch...
It's a good thing you can still buy all of those games separately, and skip GP...options are good.
Someone might wanna play CoD, and The Outer Worlds 2, that is $150, so for 3 months to finish those games, and get your fill of many other games, you can pay $90 instead. Now, let's say you want to buy CoD and not OW2, you can pay $70 +30(GP), finish OW2, and some other games if you like, cancel GP, and continue to PLAY CoD(if that is your thing)...so you have essentia...
