Yeah, I just realized that. I was thinking that there could be no way the game runs that slow...
The framerate is pretty bad on both versions...
Why is that?
edit: I just noticed how horrible the dithering in the 360 version's shadows is. The PS3 version lacks some small texture details, but the lighting and shadowing looks better than that of the 360 version.
These differences are really minor, though. It seems that both have their technical shortcomings, seeing as how this game was really designed with PC's in mind.
edit 2: Nevermind...
Though (at least to me), it reminds one of a cross between Ninja Gaiden and God of War.
Careful, you don't know where those LIPS have been... ;)
They are factory installed with a considerable amount of torque. I stripped one trying to remove it, and the other, I just grabbed a pair of needle nose pliers and turned the outside of it.
This is a stupid article, but it's not without some merit. That said, it's really nice to install whatever HDD you want - something Microsoft doesn't let you do. The price you pay, I suppose...
I'm pretty sure that Fishy was being sarcastic. Then again, you seem to be taking this thing way too seriously, and your seemingly intense hatred for all things Sony related shows through in your post.
BTW, Digital Downloads have a LONG way to go before they can come close to matching the fidelity of Disc-Based media, not to mention that you end up with compression artifacts and blocking in fast moving scenes. Also, with the current trend of ISP's imposing bandwidth limits on th...
nvm
And I agree on the fact that a second analog stick is needed for most games, especially FPS titles. Pressing face buttons to look around in a game is the dumbest control method, IMO.
What the f*ck are you talking about? This is a PS3 article, POSTED IN THE PS3 SECTION.
What the f*ck are you doing here, complaining about pro-PS3 articles? If you don't like this stuff, stay in the 360 section.
someone disagrees with me but doesn't tell me why.
Typical.
I've said this numerous times before - they have their heads stuck too far up their collective pretentious asses to produce an objective opinion worth a damn.
Get a clue, dude.

Review scores are moot. Suddenly, the word of biased news sites is greater than user opinion, which is that (Resistance) is worth more than a paltry "87".
According to 360 fanboys, because this game sold this much, it must be better than every "AAA" game released thus far for the PS3 and the 360. Because you know, sales and popularity = quality...
If the 360 breaks down, people say "oh, no big deal; Microsoft will send me a new one."
It's like they excuse any faults the console has in the name of fanboyism and product loyalty.
There aren't any mindless shooters to be had here...
You are one of the biggest XBOX fanboys on this website. Do you really think that people will believe anything you say?
I like the texture work and the music. This is a very creative level concept; though, it seems that people don't like creativity, judging by the article reports, and the lack of Little Big Planet sales.
GiantEnemyTroll must be an idiot
So it's not just me that noticed the bad shadowing effects. The 360 version is a technically adept port, so it doesn't make sense.
