I really doubt it will sell that well, I mean is a port of a game that then out for the PS3 for quite some time, in a franchise that has only established a fanbase on Sony consoles.

Though for the good of the franchise, I hope I'm proven wrong.

This is really suppressing, well it's good to see Nintendo listening to the critics who said they wanted mature games like Yakuza on the WiiU, hopefully being on two consoles will prompt Sega to release both versions of the HD collection in the west... and Yakuza 5

Sad news, but there is still hope, Sega hasn't ruled it out, hell they may be planning on announcing it at a big venue.

If we don't hear anything by the end of E3, then it will be time for fans to band together and force Sega to change it's mind, just like we did with Yakuza 3

Honestly the last thing Nintendo should want is to make enemies of LPers. Nintnedo is already profiting enough from the free advertisement for their games and systems.

You not a fanboy? Now that's a funny joke, you are without a doubt the biggest fanboy of this site.

You say I'm lying.. But

The proof is right there, you clearly dismissed a developer purely because they said they weren't bringing a game to WiiU. You do the same thing with EA, sure the...

This from someone who contently dismisses features and games not on their preferred system? Does your hypocrisy know no bounds? I'd agree with you if you weren't incredibly guilty of doing the exact same thing you're criticizing other people for.

I wouldn't be so fast to rule out a Western release, So far the franchise has been pretty successful in the west (So much so NISA even localized a small Neptunia iOS along with Victory)

Really hypocritical of you to get annoyed by someone else for claiming to talk to a large group of people, when you do that all the time.

Also, Xenoblade is a first party Nintendo title, so that really doesn't help your argument.

They should, but Nintendo is always slow in implementing good ideas that came from other companies, so I doubt we will see them anytime soon.

Maybe a Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio's game like Binary Domain, but definitely not Yakuza.

"How hard is this to understand EA wanted full control of content, pricing, and network for items operating on Origin."

How hard is it to understand Nintendo promised EA they could have Orgin on the WiiU. It wasn't something EA suddenly sprung on Nintendo.

" How can you even believe EA when it comes to anything in light of how they treat their employees"

I don't believe this is the fact not because EA says it is, ...

Yakuza?

Really? EA may be a terrible company, but if you actually look at all the facts, you will see their anger toward Nintendo over the origin thing is completely justified.

Sorry to say this, Nintendo isn't as innocent as people like to make it seem.

Oh come one, I don't think you could sound more resentful if you tried.

I'd love to see the awesome Yakuza series go multiplat, so Xbox only gamers could also enjoy some of the best writing in games combined with some of the most satisfying gameplay.

Also the boost in sales could help secure all future titles a place in US markets

Could clear up a few things, How will the winner be decided, random drawing, or based on some leader board thing? If it's a random drawing, are there any limits on entries? (IE one entry per person, or just one entry per day)

EDIT Thank you

I remember reading a rumor that Nintedo gained partial ownership of the IP, which could really only amount to Nintedo having the rights to the spin game Spirit Camera, while Tecmo owns the rights to the main series.

This is just for EU, They had a poll for US Plus members back in January.

Though RPGs did pretty well in that poll to (If I remember right JRPGs had the most votes)

"Fact is if Nintendo's IP's were on PS or Xbox, there would be nothing unique about any of those games, because those consoles aren't unique!"

The funny thing about the comment is when you think about it, it really says nothing good about Nintendo.

Your basically saying that Nintnedo is so creatively bankrupt that they couldn't make anything remotely unique working with standard hardware. Despite devs like Compile Heart, Nippon Ichi,...

Project X Zone isn't a new IP nor is it owned by Nintendo, It's part of Namco's X series of crossovers that includes games like Namco X Capcom, X Edge, and Street Fighter X Tekken.
