7 isn't quite low, it's at worst average, and again, there are 7 high reviews out of 11 (with the 7.9 being the lowest score counted). cherry picking three lower reviews with all those good scores isn't helping your point
That's not true
Nowgamer gave it a 7.9
PSM3 gave it a 9
EDGE gave it a 7
Eurogamer gave it an 8
GAMEStm gave it an 8.
Meristation gave it a 8
Famitsu gave it a 38/40
GameOver gave it a 6
Gaurdian gave it an A
The Offical Playstation Magazine gave it a 7
and IGN gave it a 6.5
None of those scores look "really low" to me.
Well that's a pretty good deal, save 20 dollars on March's best game
Might not be to try and sabotage Biowarre, EA said in an article earlier to day that contriversy is helpful to games,
and a lot of the time it works. Example, Yakuza 3, despite how good it was, probably wouldn't have sold half as many copies if not for the cut content fiasco.
When you look at other reviews, IGN douse like like the black sheep
Nowgamer gave it a 7.9
PSM3 gave it a 9
Eurogamer gave it an 8 (Sweden branch gave it a 6)
GAMEStm gave it an 8.
Meristation gave it a 8
Famitsu gave it a 38/40
GameOver gave it a 6 (similar issues that IGN mentioned, but written a whole lot better then IGN's review)
The IGN review was terrrible to, Not only did the review lack many details, but in t...
Completely changing every thing while keeping the feel of the franchise, This will be a great game.
The browser on the PS3 is in great need of a big update, but it is still pretty convenient for if I get stuck in a game. and a lot of video streaming site work pretty well on it.
It is a 3 year old game to be fair, Though I think it would be better received if Sega released it as a budget title, (witch Sega should do.)
Can't wait, so far this game has been getting some very positive reviews
Yakuza 4, can't wait
Probably because it's the most original concepts in the last decade. Honestly I'd like to see the the rights bought by companies like ATLUS, then have a big budget remake.
The game deffenitly isn't bad, but it's not good either (Didn't stop me from getting the platinum trophy).
Nowgamer gave it a 7.9
PSM3 gave it a 9
EDGE gave it a 7
Eurogamer gave it an 8
ComputerandVideoGames.com gave their import copy a 9 last year
GAMEStm gave it an 8.
Meristation gave it a 8
Famitsu gave it a 38/40
GameOver gave it a 6
Those are all the reviews I've found right now, and so far they have been mostly positive. I'd take the IGN review with a grain of salt, especially after all these very posit...
The concepts are similar,, but other wise there completely different
I can understand where you say Kratos, but not the angle. The gameplay is good. To make a case against Kratos you need to focus on the writing of the series.
Firsth Kratos is a character that is impossible to relate to with out large douse of steroids. He's always angry (Only in 1 was his anger and actions understandable)
2:He's a shallow character, ask any fan what they like about Kratos, and they willsay he's a badass, ask them for another reason and th...
Check out the Yakuza series if you like story driven games, that series has some of the best writting I've seen in games (Just skip 1 with it's terrible dub and stick to the subbed 2-4. )
Given Mist walker's trends and how Microsoft has been putting less and less resources into JRPGs, I doubt LO2, if annouced it would be exclusive to DS/Wii or Multi-plat
I'd love to see a true new Banjo series
and finally was there ever a Conker 2?
GoW is a niche franchise in Japan, it was probably omited do to lack of popularity iin the country. I'm not even sure Alan Wake was even released in Japan.
Gameplay will be essentially same on the PS3 and 360, so I'll still get the game on concoles if the gameplay holds up.
Good preview, it seemed as the writter was some how unaware of the fact that of the end is a spin-off. I believe Sega has said they have already started devolpment on Yakuza 5, (Most likely to be annouced at TGS. )
