I am more interested in transition fluidity from one function to the next and low-to-no loading times and FPS. Game do not necessarily have to look better than they do currently.
Gameplay companies needs to understand the difference between a trailer and gameplay. Even if a company is showing in-game footage, its a trailer unless someone is actually playing the game (live or pre-recorded). Honestly they could have had Joe-blow walking around the AC world for a couple of minutes and I would have been happy. Showing me Poland does not show me Medium...it shows me Poland. Get Fat Gary sucking down on a big gulp while streaming RuneScape to demonstrate games...
Love it! Some of the side-quests add depth to the characters. I have always had a hard time connecting with FF characters (FFXV for example) and getting and into the story. This game is great. The characters are interesting, the relationships that are being explored are worth watching, and the environment is great to look at/explore. It is neat to see them take a small moment from the original and explore the consequences of actions good or bad.

Well, if you want them stop annual releases, then stop buying annual releases. Ubisoft stopped making annual AC games when their sales numbers dropped.
I enjoyed anthem and at it is core its a cool game. But it's dead...It's broken...Bioware needs to remaster ME1-3 and get back on track. It would be awesome if EA just let them be.

The shift of opinion from Sony users is pretty funny:
- Ripped MS for Downloadable only system...now a majority of the market downloads their games.
- Ripped MS for backwards compatibility... now happy to see that PS is back-compating games.
- Ripped MS for the Game Pass... now wanting to price/game compare the gamepass to Playsta...
The gaming market is and has been evolving. In 2013 gamers were up-in-arms about Disc v Download, with many gamers claiming that they will always buy disc. Well, its 2020, take a look at the sale the numbers...the market shifted. For those of you saying that streaming will not overtake the console market, you're kidding yourselves.

Its a hasty generalization. You generalized the audience...not everyone picks their system of choice just because of games. Believe what you want and continue using logical fallacies. You and the rest of the PS fanboys clearly like them.
Exclusives only matter when the exclusives matter to the gamer. I use the three big system, and there are two exclusives that I care about on the Playstation: The Show and GoW (Eh.. and Spider-Man, that was awesome). One those will become cross-console. The OS, communities, shared experience and mobilization are important to gamers too. Which aspects matter most is dependent upon gamers as individuals. Please stop using hasty generalizations to support your opinion.
Hahaha ...this is going to be awesome. For the next few months I will have the opportunity to read and listen to disillusioned PS fanboys trying grapple with the fact that the hardware for the PS5 is not as powerful as the Series X. It's all good though, that white tortilla wrapped around the system looks good and Sony still makes great TVs.
