I'm thinkin' Sizzler!
There's some stupid concept in the business world where, if you're not growing, you're viewed as useless. In my book, if you're still bringing in boatloads of cash every month, you can afford to not be growing.
Boktai was not great.
I'm only in if the opening theme song is the version of Ryu's stage theme with lyrics.
...And even then I'm only in for one episode.
5 Things Gamers Shouldn't Miss...
Or:
5 Gaming Companies I Found Out Were Exhibiting At Comic-Con From Either Looking At Press Releases or the Floor Plan.
How exactly would I "miss" any of those booths when they're all gargantuan and all in the middle of the dealer room? What an absolute waste of an article. Obvious list is obvious.
Wow. Talk about a case of of manipulating facts to fit your story. Vivendi isn't shopping Activision-Blizzard because AB is unprofitable. They're selling AB because their main moneymaker is cellphones and it's currently under siege in Europe, and the parent company has gone into a tailspin. They're 12 billion Euros in debt, and they need to bring in some cash or their credit rating is going to slip.
"An outright sale would be more complicated, given a lac...
So, I'm not being an ass here, but what about this looked so amazing to everyone? It looked OK, so was it just that this was the only new thing announced, or were there actual elements of the game that looked interesting to you?
Hey, this thing that we haven't used yet sounds pretty good, but it's no match for this other thing that we haven't used yet.
Your logic is as sound as ever, Gamespot.
Not "could be".
It's also another entry in the "EPIC VGChartz Fails" scrapbook.
Publisher reports: 2.5 million sales, VGBSChartz: 1.59.
Only off by a million, but I guess they're the best we got, so we should continue relying on a source that's off every single time a publisher releases sales.
Reason #1-10 There is a Summer Drought:
E3.
Since their stupid site won't let me elaborate without signing in, allow me to explain:
E3 Reason 1: In order to present anything at E3, you have to take time to build a demo, pull the staff for presenting the game at the show, and many other things that prevent your game from being submitted.
E3 Reason 2: All the console manufacturers who are supposed to be doing things like p...
The game was already made. Honestly, if he was asking for $500K to do the deluxe package AND port it to PC/iOS that would make sense, but $500K for loc is just, well, loco.
If your list does not include the Seigi no Mikata opening, your list is invalid.

You create and play the titular superhero in a kids' morning TV show. You lost the game if you didn't get your viewership high enough. The theme song not only opened the game, but it opened/closed every episode (level) of the show.
I was pretty heartened to see FTL get funded. I'm on the fence about Wasteland 2, mainly because Brian Fargo's involved, and if you happen to know anything about the death throes of Interplay you'll understand why that's not a good thing.
This was going to be my true test:

Yeah, America's never had to bail out EA. But they should be happy just to be nominated.
Crimson Gem Saga is old-school good times combined with Atlus fun localization. Kenka Bancho is also interesting enough at that price.
His girlfriend's obviously banging his best friend the entire time, so yeah, of course he's not into her.
Why does anyone have to counter non-data with data?

VGBSChartz hasn't changed how they operate. They're completely off, that's all you need to know. Saying "they're the best" we have is like saying you should listen to known trolls because "they're all the information we have".
Can people STOP ACTING LIKE THESE ARE SALES NUMBERS!?
They're only VGBullshitChartz Troll Fodder.
Do you want me to just pull some fake numbers out of my ass, so we have an alternative set of bullshit numbers? I promise to use all-natural randomization to come up with my estimates.
I have to disagree with you on every point of your Witcher 2 praise.
The acting is the worst offender. The mixdown for the audio is totally botched. At points the main character is speaking at 10% volume of the other characters. At points in the game it sounds like an entirely different person is voicing him, and most of the time his delivery doesn't match the person who follows him.
Every single conversation has an unnecessary reference to putting someth...
