Which games are you even talking about? I am talking about similar games to what MasterCornholio mentioned. They are all low end games that don't require much. And if you are talking about which games- Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3, FarCry 4 etc all run in 4K. It is able to handle even Witcher 3 in 2K somehow. Of course the latest games struggle on high resolutions, but it still kicks ass on 1080p in spite of being an almost 5 year old card.
Lol.... Tell me when games like Witcher 3 and GTA V run at 4K. For games from 2013, even my old PC- i5-2400 and HD 7970 do 4K.
Read the article, the game is upscaled to 1800p, not native 1800p
@raztad lololololol
1980X2160 resolution doesn't exist. What are you talking about?
Also what is 1800p? They should have gone with 1080p 60 fps and 4K High or Medium settings. 1800p will do more bad than good on a native 4K display, more jaggies. (Talking with experience when playing at 900p on a 1080p display), unless it is being upscaled from 1800p to 4K, but I'm guessing, it will be upscaled to 1800p
Game of The Year 2016. If not, just behind Doom.
Extremely old news.
I don't care. If they are taking 60$ for a game, then they very well give us decent quality ports. I don't mind such games being exclusive to the consoles if they can't provide good ports.
Well christmas has a lot of bloated marketing generic bestselling titles. I think this was a wise decision. And if it is coming in mid-2017, honestly it means that the game will drop in around the 'games drought', so I think the timeline is right
I played it. Still needs a bit of optimization
OOhhh..... Don't worry, it will sell close to how much the game sold on PC, because there is only a vocal minority of people like you. Out of almost 40 mn people, there are only few hundred thousand people who think this way.
You sire, are an eternal PS fanboy
Why do you need to fuel everything?
Well this article is talking about ports, and in that department at least, this game is bad.
Well Mafia 1 and 2 were superb, and surassed many expectations, seems Mafia 3 fell under it's own weight. Even I don't know where this hype came from, but after seeing some charts, I saw that the most anticipated game of 2015 was Witcher 3, so I'm not surprised.
Well I would say PC gamers are smart, just because we don't pre-order games to the extent console players do. No offence, but pre-order and useless DLCs are this generation's bane, as has been said by thousands of people.
And Mafia 3 is on the opposite end of the spectrum
Honestly, AAA games have become the most boring of all games- Overpriced, underwhelming, useless DLC and pre-order practices etc.
Yup. I play Just Cause 2 till this date, though it has some of the weakest story ever. I don't like games with story and no innovative gameplay. Still have to complete Rise of the Tomb Raider even though I have had it since May, got bored in the first 2-3 hours
Are you living in 2010? Because I would have agreed with you back then
