But that is only solving part of the problem. The main problem is that the majority of the parents do not pay attention to what games they play and don't bother with parental locks. It is a parents duty to try and get informed about what their child is doing rather than letting a parental controls do the job. (assuming the child is under 10)
They do this in European games. The ratios between the ratings are listed in the first page of the manual so you can configure the parental control. :)
I typically agree on 3rd party controllers sucking but Razer with the addition of Logitech make awesome peripherals. It's just a matter of getting the right one.
Agreed, i was about to post that. Also the correspondence between the numbers and the ratings are printed at the front of each game's manual... (or they are on PEGI rated games)

It's funny that no matter how many awful Sonic games Sega makes we still have high expectations for the next one. I am also guilty of this as i have high expectations from this game. Hopefully it will be good. Let's also hope that character is not another of those lame characters they have been adding to sonic, seriously it isn't so hard, Just give us old sonic with just tails and some of the older characters in a 2d current gen game and i'll be happy.

Source mods are even easier to install than you think. I have this mod and all you need to do is open the install file you download like you would any other game. The game is on and then you just launch it through steam.

I think they did it cause the didn't want to release the frostbite modtools, at any rate dedicated servers are just as important as modtools as they improve the actual gameplay experience while modtools add more variety.

Well not Gametrailers that's for sure. They lost all the credibility they had left when they gave MW2 the title of "Best PC game" for me. Even without that they have been constantly contradicting themselves for quite some time now. IGN, Gamestop and Gamesradar are the ones i trust, although i value my opinion the most.
Unfortunately no. The Eu hardly gets any good PS1 games on the store. (with the exception of guilty gear this week and some others) I would recommend getting FF8 from the US store instead. PM me if you need any help as to how you can obtain US PSN cards. (I know a site that e-mails the codes and they use paypal too)
I really think Valve has really messed up on the idea of episodic gaming. The whole point of this was to give us shorter and cheaper games at shorter intervals.
