Good news, Wii U Zelda confirmed for E3 2014
There is in fact a method to the madness. Mario Kart is released at the end of May because that's when school is about to get out for most kids. So it's the ideal time to release a new game. Then Bayonetta 2 is releasing in the summer(In Japan anyways) on top of Smash Bros. Then in the winter Smash Bros on Wii U plus whatever else they decide to throw at us. While Nintendo's release schedule might not sell mountains of Wii U's. It'll be very profitable.
Wow this guy really has no idea what he's talking about. "Mighty No 9. represents another thing wrong with gaming and that’s an unwillingness to try anything new." Well we tried with something new like when Retro Studios tried to give it the Metroid Prime treatment. https://www.youtube.com/wat... (Still looks hype to this day) We were going to get a new legends game which is a unique gameplay style in its...
Something big you say? Well we've Mario Kart 8 coming out at the end of may(AKA, when school is about to get out for all the kiddies). Then Smash Bros and Bayonetta 2 coming out this holiday season. Wii U Zelda confirmed for E3 this year which might also be coming out this year since they didn't show it last year to give Link Between Worlds it's time in the spotlight. All they have to do past that point is announce a new Retro studios Metroid game and we'll see a MASSIVE boom ...
It's probably because of tax returns. Most people get their returns in March. So those who wanted to buy a Wii U but had issues with money used their tax returns to finally get one.
The only thing that sells better than sex is bad/controversial news.
You sure about that? Because let's take a look at sales of the two upcoming Nintendo hard hitters.
Mario Kart 8 coming out soon and Mario Kart Wii sold roughly 35 million copies. More than ANY Call of Duty entry has managed.
And Super Smash Bros for BOTH 3DS and Wii U, so I'd expect that to double Brawl's 12 million sales. You mean to tell me that Nintendo can't make a strong comeback with two games that sell THAT well?
Oh but it gets better. With Zelda...
Why else? Holiday sales, people aren't willing to dish $200+ for a console to play a game in the summer. But at Christmas time they are. (Also the two versions won't compete over sales this way)
There are no Wii U games to talk about? You're joking right? Cult County, Bayonetta 2, Monolith Software's X, the new S.T.E.A.M trademark Nintendo filed, and the new unrevealed Retro game.
It got it's own direct because Smash Bros sells a lot. Like, more than Tomb R...
Have to wait till winter for Destiny? Missed opportunity on Bungie's behalf very disappointed ;)
How many games have released during the summer to be system selling successes? How many games have released during the holiday season to be system selling successes? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Smash Bros, which is going into EVO and MLG this year. And you think it needs to be advertised? Okay, pal.
'Frequent dropping' meaning. If you're dropping 4-5 times in less than 24 hours. Which I have yet to see happen with even bad connections.
Also, it's more likely to be like Killer Instinct where players who drop a lot get put in with other players who drop a lot.
But you're not. You don't pay for PSN. You pay for PS Plus. It's not gonna stop you signing in if you don't have it. Unlike some other service I know.
How old is this reviewer? It's not a cinematic game or interactive movie. It's a point and click adventure game. And the genre isn't even that old. Seriously, is this reviewer like five or something? Doesn't even know about point and click adventure games. How sad.
The thing is. While not a lot of people have Vita's. Those who do buy a lot of games for them. As all it's games (Except CoD but it sucked anyways) are $40 new which makes it easier to buy more.
"stop being weeaboo's and caring so much about what the west does." Don't you mean "Stop caring so much about what the EAST does." Seriously, just about anyone who speaks English addresses Japan as an Eastern nation. Go back to fifth grade social studies.
The Vita needs more FPS and character action games. That's why it got a second stick. So that it could support better camera controls and FPS games. So where are these games Sony?
Don't forget about the Bioshock spin-off.
Wow, I don't even care for the game and damn, that's impressive.
Bayonetta 2, the new Zelda that's confirmed to be at this year's E3. There's still stuff. Oh, and the inevitable Mario Party game. Those always sell.
