It's incredibly flawed. Because the top ones had NEGATIVE articles. Far Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed were about the "racism" Far Cry 4 has and the sexism presented by Ubisoft for Assassin's Creed for a good bit of their articles. So you gotta cut a good half of Assassin's Creed and I'd say only a little bit off of Far Cry 4.
If you're looking for any interesting indies this year, Hyper Light Drifter and Shovel Knight seem to be the best Wii U will have to offer.

The reason your comment was received with such negativity is because you made a claim and didn't support it with evidence. It's not some fanboy crap, it's science.
Make a claim, back it up with supporting evidence, or no one will believe you.
Sadly I don't think it'll happen. Someone asked Kamiya(Bayonetta creator/director for those who don't know) over twitter if we'll get the discs in the western release and he banned their account.
What Zelda at E32014 has over the tech demo:
- Grass tech
- Better Dynamic lighting
- Multiple AI on the screen
- Higher polygon count on Link
- More models and a larger space are in the 2014 trailer(Yet the framerate is still the same, this is important)
- Is actually relevant to the final product
