Yeah that's completely true but I remember seeing articles earlier this year saying Xbox One will get the story dlc first, like the gta iv dlc deal. That one I admit is not confirmed 100% but we'll just have to wait and see

I'm assuming this is a dig at Sony and uncharted re-release? If so, expect a lot of disagrees pal but having said that, it's absolutely shocking how Sony can charge full price for the Uncharted collection when MS are providing so much more with the Gears:UE and at a lower price point
Yes you're right, 60fps upgrade is also worth it, the game is so much smoother especially in those high-action cinematic sequences
Forgot just how good the PS3 version looked, definitely holds up and anyone that maybe doesn't want to spend the money on the hd re-release aren't missing out on anything because ND did such a good job the first time. Having said that, upgrading to the 1080p version on ps4 for new comers to the series is a no brainer, even if it has no MP.
