You then don't have access to multiplayer... just like every other game that has multiplayer that requires online
The way I read it was that these were 2 separate statements. 1) collectible are maybe being added to the game and 2) the game (not collectibles) is pretty early in development. If it wasn't ND I'd be worried but those guys are top tier but I'd expect to see this game delayed to fall 2016

It won't equal ps4 numbers simply because XB1 doesn't sell well enough outside of NA and UK but I expect they'll sell a lot more XB1's this fall than PS4's which will allow them to reduce the gap to a degree. Also, XB1 is releasing exclusives all throughout 2016 instead of just the fall so that should also helm them next year. And by the end of this gen, we'll probably see them neck and neck in NA and UK or MS has a good shot at reclaiming these territories
"the Xbox division is trying to do anything it can to keep afloat" Just what I read in the description as if the flamebait title wasn't enough to discourage people from giving this site clicks. If there's anything we've learnt these past months, it's that Xbox is very much afloat.
