Pokémon Go earned Niantic $600 million. This is unlikely to earn that much, but there’s value in AR mobile gaming and Ghostbusters still has a lot of pull.
... did you read the article? It’s not asking as in disbelief. It’s answering the question.
You're also assuming everybody that considers playing it knows something about Metal Gear, which is far from the truth.
After playing around with all of them, I find the bow to be my favorite. But I have a love for archery, so I may be partial.
To echo your point, though, it is great how different each weapon feels. Even the Light and Heavy Bowgun are just different enough to be unique from one another.
True, true. Mobility certainly makes up for the close range.
I really haven’t put down the bow since I started using it. Keep saying that I will...
... why *wouldn't* the Spoiler tag be used? Is it really that bothersome?
Also, considering it's a re-release and is hitting an entirely different console generation, there are going to be players new to the game that wouldn't want the story ruined for them.
If a game is re-released on a more current console, regardless of how old it is, the spoiler tag is pretty relevant to those that didn't originally play it.
Drake and Jones really aren't the same character. At all. The two are driven by two completely different end-goals. They're both adventurers, yes, but I feel like comparing the two without actually dissecting both characters is... lazy. It would be like comparing Kratos to Joel, just because both tragically lost their daughter and became colder because of it.
The writing for TLoU gave Joel quite a bit more to work with than Drake, but you're also comparing a scr...
They meant no new Nintendo-developed games.
Pretty sure this was already squashed by Sega's PR.
If you're a writer with a focus on the gaming industry, you shouldn't be purposefully *avoiding* anything. Your breakdown of Labo was rudimentary at best, ignoring the fact that it's NOT just a bunch of cardboard cutouts. That would be tantamount to saying a PlayStation is only as good as its controller. There are components beyond the cardboard and even the games themselves that people conveniently glance over.
Artifact may not have been the Half-Life 3 reveal ...
Seems to be the popular sentiment.
Huh. Not quite what I expected someone to take away from this...
But, as the author, I think I have to agree with you. That was an odd choice and I wish I could remember why I did it.
I can never understand why games with single player components would want to push "always online." That cuts out a chunk of the market without seemingly gaining anything from it.
Thank you! It’s always nice to find yourself seeing things from a different perspective.
This is true. Just glad my negativity towards it wasn't one of the many things I ranted about last year.
It's a habit I've gotten out of, especially after also misjudging the Nintendo Switch.
But yes, most of the people that I heard prematurely judge the FPS style wound up loving the game in the end. It was the proper direction for Capcom to take the series after RE6.
Agreed. I also thought Not a Hero was fine enough, especially as a free add on. Kind of refuse to buy End of Zoe or either of the Banned Footages, though I wouldn’t mind more time with the Bakers.
I did mean any exclusive game for the Xbox, my apologies on my wording.
That's pretty telling, though, that even with the broader scope, the same three titles have been mentioned. I loved my Xbox for a while, but the fact that Microsoft has been really lacking on development and third-parties aren't even producing exclusively for it, I may have to make a switch soon - or go back to PC.
*edit* I haven't used this site in a while - is there a g...
I actually wouldn't be surprised if Odyssey wound up taking it. It's definitely going to one of the Nintendo titles, though.
They weren’t used interchangeably...
