Who cares? I mean really? Who cares? A f*cking demo of GT5 sold 3.5 million copies. GT: Prologue sold d*mn near as good or better than most Forza games.
Personally, I wouldn't care if only one racing game came out a generation as long as it defined the generation. Forza can put out a game every year for all I care, it doesn't mean they have better games just more of them.

Well, I was thinking a price cut last winter, then June but apparently Sony is in a bad spot. That would also explain the lack of advertising on Sony's end. They gotta drop the price this year and a price cut in August would seem a little premature (unless the slim is real). The price cut would make sense for a September launch of the slim. We shall see.
It is truly going to be an amazing game. the first games story was amazing.

on a 61" screen 720 to 1080 is not negligible. I am sorry but the more games that run on a higher resolution the better. I fear I bought a huge TV just for next gen :(

Sony's conference was good but it was marred by leaks. The pspGO at 250 bucks? I mean it showed some really great games but I mean the conference was just good. MS's was the same in my book. A little better presented but they spent too much time on project Natal.

thats cool and all but why would developers go back and do that? Any new thing can be "patched" into a game if the developer wants to take the time to rework the code but MAYBE one or two companies will go back and patch it for NATAL.

Well its easy to max out the ps3 if you don't use code efficiently. That is the case for every software configuration. However, it is good that crytek is working on the consoles as it should bring them more money and gamers of all kinds should be able to enjoy their games.

It will be native 720p (hopefully). There will be no native 1080p for any freaking console.
If it is 1080p on the 360 it is because it is upscaled. Personally, I try to avoid upscaling it has a tendency to distort the picture. Playing in the native resolution should always be preferred if possible.

I know :(. GT5 better come out early next year and although I haven't played either game yet I am more excited for GT5. However, I think forza will be a great game to keep me busy until that beast drops.
