I really don't understand how FFX is more "western" tbh. I may be biased because out of all the FF series its my favourite, but I really can't see how the downfall starts from there. IMO it starts from this gen (i.e FFXIII), because even FF12 is a great JRPG.
Kind of rubbish for PS3 gamers. Hopefully they find a solution soon.
True, Crysis 2, the only(as far as i know, i could be wrong) home console game published by EA last year that does not require an online pass.

Will look into it thanks :), though from my research into it says the controls are a put off, but I think I will decide that. I'm not really looking for too much from LD, it seems to be fun little games which I always find pass the time just as well as a full experience. I also need to get more used to all the touch features so I think its a good start.
I couldn't be happier with mine, I know these features will come when they are ready. I have only played Fifa Vita because that was bundled with my unit. It is amazing how similar to the console versions it is. Tomorrow it will be Uncharted and perhaps little deviants, which will no doubt keep me off my Ps3 for a while.

Comments from the Eu blog indicate it is causing problems with ad-hoc wifi connectivity. Hopefully it's fixed soon as I was just about to update mine.
FFA gunplay and Infected are ok, but i agree. Just lost its fun factor especially because of the map design in MW3. You can really tell the difference in who designed the maps from even MW2(which has worse maps than Cod4, but still the same massive spaces with tight corriders and verticality mixed in) to MW3. They are all just bland and lack charm, promote camping and spraying.

Sony has a team of beta testers that test everything before those two groups you mentioned. This site is just a place for them.

The people who are disagreeing with you are obiously in denial because that is exactly what happened. In the end BC2 ended up a really good experience though, far more enjoyable than BF3 imo.

The Kotor series is also my favourite series in gaming, but surely you know how tight the constraint time on Kotor 2's development was? It was Lucas Arts that ruined Kotor 2. Alot of things done in Kotor 2 was far superior to that of the original game, and it came from obsidian. The story was sure as hell shit though, because there was no way in hell they could finish it in time.

From reviews it seems like its a copy and paste of fifa 11. Not a problem as it is still the best portable experience, perhaps not a full price though.

You completely missed the point of the Halo Reach ending if thats the way you actually perceived it. Black ops i can't comment because i found the first few missions so typically Treyach tedious that I didnt bother with the campaign. My vote for best ending would definetly have to be FFX, that game had an epic ending to a great story.
