Any more than 400 and its dead. Ps Pro is 400 with a much bigger library. Right now there's Nier, Persona 5, Nioh, Horizon, Yakuza, Gravity Rush 2, and a dozen others dropping this year.
Fable, Alan Wake, Lost Odyssey, Quantum Break, Recore, and a few new ips need to be announced for me to buy anything from their ass. Also where is Vesperia, Resonance of Fate, and Nier for BC?

Weapon durability does get better but if you take on harder enemies you can break every weapon you have trying to kill them. Very annoying. Not to mention for me it removes any real rewards for exploration. Find a cool weapon? Il never use it because it will break. If i do use it then my cool reward is gone. Quantum Break is up there with Bloodbourne, Nioh, and Breath of the Wild for me. Best Xbox one game for sure. Also really loved Recore, Gears 4, and Forza Horizon 3 which is the most fun and addictive racer ever made IMHO. It has some killer games but lacks big new ip's that catch on and the sequels we want we don't get.

Buy one with a 1050 minimum. You can get one for 600. Nothing with 720p or a 940m unless you just want to play last gen games. Even a 1050 is barely good enough but it will run Witcher 3, Tomb Raider, Gears 4 and the like medium high at 1080p.
I adore the thing but it was clearly rushed and is overpriced. No apps, no media, no web browser, no trophies, no uploading gameplay, no games outside of Zelda, ethernet is extra, controller is extra, charger for handheld mode is extra since the one is used for the dock, you will need a carry case, you will need a screen protector exc. Tons of hidden costs and it lacks everything consoles launch with.

Believe it folks. I hated skyward sword, and twilight princess was ok for me. Zelda had become stale and kept trying to recreate OOT. I didn't believe the hype until I played it. Best Zelda game ever hands down. It's near perfection. Can't describe how amazing it is. Game of the year easily above nioh, horizon, persona, and everything else. It's a timeless masterpiece. Play it asap.
Just buy a GPD WIN and take all your Steam games with you. Or maybe a laptop. I paid under 600 for my laptop with a 1050 that can run any game I want. I do still prefer the WIN since its a handheld that's 3ds sized but both work. Playing Dark Souls 2 and New Vegas anywhere is flipping amazing. Best handheld ever hands down.
Even Stevie Wonder can see the comparisons between Nioh and Dark Souls. Its a Souls clone with a Diablo like loot system and the weapons from Ninja Gaiden. Almost everything is ripped right from Souls. It's why people gave the game the time of day to begin with.

Probably but going both ways though. Some people would've bought Horizon (like me) but im too busy with Nioh and then Zelda. Others would've caved and bought a Switch for Zelda but with Horizon the 400 dollar purchase isn't as attractive. I will grab Horizon when it hits 20 if I'm still interested. It's definitely toned down. The alpha was hard as balls. Prob the most difficult game I've played since Demons Souls dropped but now its easy comparatively. They removed at least half the enemies, toned down their attack speed and aggressiveness, and made tons of balancing changes. I remember the second level from the alpha took me hours to get through. I would have bought it on pc if I could. It would sell twice as much and still be a console exclusive. Team Ninja needs to bring this and Ninja Gaiden to pc.
Nioh is amazing either way but looks a bit crap on a launch Ps4. It also has crazy bad slowdown when effects go off. One boss dropped to 10 fps when the lightning effects go crazy. Still adore the game. Its everything I loved about NG Black and Souls all in one game.

To be fair Nintendo didn't shrink the tech or produce any of it. They bought Nvidia Shield Tablets and slapped Nintendo on the side. Nothing wrong with that since they weren't selling for Nvidia and Nintendo would've never made anything as current on their own. They would've wound up buying some 1995 IBM shit from Best Buy's clearance rack and made a console out of it.

Great now they're going to rush out games early just to say they have them. Go start 10 studios and budget 10-20 mil a piece for a game. Lost Odyssey 2, Blue Dragon 2, Alan Wake 2, Quantum Break 2, Recore 2, Ninja Blade 2, Otogi 3, and some new ip's. Maybe a new Panzer Dragoon, Blinx, or Snoopy dogfighting game. The first was awesome.
Game was surprisingly decent but I hated that the combat was so damn slow. You couldn't customize your character and there weren't any different builds. All you get was slow as mollasses Havel with different magic. Even the fastest weapons are slower than most games great swords. Everything else was decent. One level had really good design and the first boss was super dope. I'd like another with faster combat.
