Because they're the beloved white lamb. The media will never tear them apart even if they started selling the same games for $100.
Read the article next time.
Look at Housemarque. Sony has been nurturing them since PS3 days, to the point that they now were able to make their first real AAA game with Returnal. And it was a critical hit. Sony might give them another opportunity then purchase them if they're okay with it.
MS execs just look at a list of studios with their price and randomly decide they're going to buy them.
After many years, we got used to long loading times.
I still cringe when I see GTA V taking several minutes to load on PS4.
Thanks to the outdated hardware but if they ever wanted to make a powerful console one day, it'd be sold at a loss.
I was today years old when I learned that N4G stood for News4Gamers
Stadia is going to be shut down eventually hun
I think MS bought Bethesda only because they couldn't hide how bad XBGS is anymore...
Somebody watched a lil too much of Stargate
Why bundle the Series X and Series S ? They're not at all the same consoles.
Stadia streaming quality wasn't the best tho
Geforce Now isn't.
Lmaoo they got scared
Can they even reach 100 millions ? There's no way. They got 15 million subscribers after 3 years. Sony has 40+ millions PS+ subscribers and that's with them dominating the home console market where you need a PS+ subscription to play online.
They would need far more subscribers than they're currently getting.
As the base grows the costs will also increase and even with several dozens of subscribers, I don't see how this could be more profitable to them than XBL or PS+.
There's also the fact that most people get discounts on Gamepass so they don't even get the full money from their pying subscribers.
Nonsense. MS didn't become one of the most profitable companies by letting some of their divisions bleed money or have low profitability. There's a reason why they sold Nokia so fast.
I just don't see how Gamepass can be profitable for MS.
In my opinion, there are more Xbox One owners who are going to buy a PS5 than PS4 owners planning to buy a Series X.
Basically, Sony is expanding its base at the expense of MS.
They didn't turn Sony down since they worked together for a while.
And who said it was amazing??? lmao
