If I'm not mistaken, you cannot just download it and play it.
You still have to have your DVD firmware hacked in order to play the burned disc and then you cannot connect to live on that xbox so, if some downloaded it with a modded xbox they cant enjoy the full features of live unless they have another xbox.

Suddenly that one will be the one YOUR missing and having to pay for if you want your preferred gun of choice but, but other people that dont usually use that gun may have it unlocked in the game as a temptation for you to buy it. That could happen you know, the way you have to sign in through their servers - this could be tracked. What a scary thought lol.

I have Ratchet and Clank and I have played drakes (which is far from anything special, there is nothing in that game (admittedly i stopped playing after 40 minutes or so because i got bored) that is striking from any game I've played on the 360. The intro cut scene is even lame graphically.

And to be honest now I can see why you are given a large hard drive on the PS3 - I am seriously getting tired of having to install 2 gig here, 4 gig there, 10 minutes here, 21 minutes there.
WTF all I want to do is play a game - it seems like everyone is realizing that the blu-ray player is too slow and textures etc have to be automatically offloaded in order to make a game play decently.

I just don't get it - I own a Wii an xbox 2 xbox 360's my son has a DS Lite, we used to have a game cube etc.
I couldn't be any more bored in my opinion than I am with the Wii - The only thing I go back to if I play it is wii boxing and wii bowling - I still have not found a game that makes me want to throw my arms around while i play.
This console is just consuming people but personally I wish I had never bought it.

But you were not all in the same chat room talking whilst in 3 different games UNLESS you were all physically in the same living room, kitchen, bedroom etc :)
You can only have 1 on 1 chat on xbox live (unless your all in the same game i.e. rainbow 6, playing on the same map together) - they took away the ability to have multiple people in the same private chat as soon as the xbox360 came out.

A lot of those games are in October leading into November, they really do not count as A-list and holiday season games.
If your going to count October then put PGR4 up there for the xbox360 and halo-3 (i mean, it was the last week of September)
I agree though there are a lot of great games coming out for all (no i lie, for the 360 and the PS3 because I still have to force myself to play anything on the wii before touching my 360) - It will be a great year for all...
I am still waiting to see why Home is so great, seems like a very cumbersome and extreme way of doing what live already does.

It isn't always Microsoft's fault when a demo doesn't make it to the dammed market place so quit acting like children.
EA have delayed the demo for Europe from both the xbox360 AND the PS3 - it is EA's fault not Microsoft's.
The demo itself is single player 1 1/2 period. It looks pretty nice, plays slightly differently (ball passing is not as easily accurate as in straight to the player you thought it would go to) and the default ai / player induced player switc...

Dont believe everything you read. Sure Microsoft needs this game to be huge and it will be for the 360 but sony need it just as bad because all of their stuff is 'coming soon'.
They will ban the people that need to be banned. They enforce their policies. a few bans from people that pirated the game will not stop the sales of the game.
