I don't even own a 360. I'm a Sony guy.I think that what MS is doing is smart. They are putting their eggs in one basket yes, but they are doing so at a time when they have sold the most consoles for six consecutive months. They hyped Kinect and so far people are buying into the idea. I personally think that Kinect is nothing more than a gimick, but the average consumer is a moron, so go figure.
I'm a Sony guy, with that said let me just say this, Microsoft is banking on Kinect this year, but don't for one second think that Microsoft won't be bringing some titles in 2012. They are establishing Kinect the rest of this year and next year.
I wonder how many kids and families will be cursing Microsoft come Christmas morning, when they setup their new Kinect, only to realize they don't have a big enough living room to play it in.
Epic Mickey? WTF? I watched their review for it, they said the platforming is just so so, yet they go and name it a nominee for game of the year? I usually defend X-Play, but not this year.
Heavy Rain should have gotten a nomination, or Alan Wake.
Blasphemy against Uncharted 2?!!?! May god smite thee. Uncharted 2 is the best game ever made. Period. I don't care if anyone disagrees. It is THE BEST!!!!

I loved Bioshock 2's MP at first. I bought it for PS3 and the MP I found out was broken. I started getting disconnected all the time and then it became hard as hell to even find games. Needless to say, other than Black Ops I'm still stuck on Uncharted 2.
I think that Red Dead should win all game of the year awards but I'm glad people agree with me that the MP is garbage.

Doom 3? That game was awesome. I think Doom 3 made me jump more than any game ever has and that is saying a lot, considering all those nightmares Resident Evil (PSOne) gave me back in 7th grade.

This article fails hard. The author thinks Kinect is going to do hardcore. MS already said it was strictly a casual system. 360 is the hardcore.
