You are not going to learn guitar from this. Thats what they want you to think. As someone who has played for 15 years I feel confident to say they will never emulate the way real strings feel and play. I'm speechless. Except to say, why is it that so many PC developers don't give a crap about their fan base until they release a game. Just look at how long it has taken Starcraft 2 to come out. Or even Episode 3. It's messed up. And we all put up with it.

It business. Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo all compete in advertising. If you don't understand that everything you see on TV is carefully researched and tested then you are a fool.
Then again you could argue this point. Why the heck would Sony want to release those glasses when they are trying to sell the TV's?
I have thought about this before and could see it being Sony's big time announcement at E3. Think about it. They announce all their big games early and then debut the 3D add on. Then they say "oh by the way, all these games we just announced over that past few weeks....Well they will all be playable in 3D and the add on will be out in time for the first release."

People "voluntarily retire" all the time in the business world. It is called a force out. Kutaragi acts as if he is retiring and Sony gives him a nice severance package called a "golden parachute". This is how business works. Right or wrong, it doesn't matter. Seriously do a little research. Type into google "Ken Kutaragi Severance package" and see what you can find. The truth will set your mind free.
