All biased aside that was pretty Harsh. Sony shipped a ton of exclusive games this year and most of them with the exception of White Knight Chronicles were stellar games. Sure PSPgo is not that great. But did anyone actually expect move to be out by Spring of this year. Also they said they were "shooting" for a Spring 2010 release date. They did not actually say for sure.
Nah the king of movie games is Bloodrayne. ROFL
I can't wait!!!! Silent Hill 2 in full screen!! It can't get better than then. Unless you throw in Metal Gear Solid 3.
I don't think it would translate well into a movie. Especially in America. Audiences here would think it is to weird and cheesy, and if they didn't then it wouldn't be Metal Gear Solid.
A big whatever to this! Just use torrents. It's that simple. On demand TV for free basically.
I hope that they port this to a PS3 Download one day. There is no way I'd buy a PSP just for this.
This list is bunk. How are you going to Rate Grand Theft Auto 4 above Uncharted 2? Not to mention no Killzone 2. And How can you put Oblvion and not even mention Fallout 3? This is one of the biggest fails of a best of list I have ever wasted my time on.
Sony real has some surprises in store this year. They already let all the big ones out of the box. Or so they would like Microsoft to think.
How awesome would that be if we got a new Fallout and Elder Scrolls the same year?!? That would be the only two games I would need the whole year.
It will sell. If it will be good or not is another question.
Bandwidth penetration that is needed to render consoles obsolete is nowhere near ready. If you read the statistics there is not even 50% of the population that gets more than dial up internet still. I think those of us always online sometimes forget that we are a minority in terms of internet access.
Heavnly Sword was not a launch title. Very good game though. One of my all time favs on PS3. It's a one of the few games where I really felt for the characters. KAI!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can't make a list like this and leave out the Tony Hawk series. Back in High School I played Tony Hawk one while on Acid and that was hilarious. Can't say I did well though. I was more into the universal connection that all the skaters faces had with the ground.
This article is borderline trolling for hits. Sony has been doing pretty well the past year or so. Their sales are up in hardware and software, and their advertising team has created a memorable slogan and spokesman for the system. Combine all that with a dozen or so top of line exclusives.
Yeah....Sony is fine.
Does anyone else even understand what this is going to do for the Japanese Sex Simulation Industry. Oh god I can just see it now. ROFL.
That's hilarious that I get all those disagree's when you all know I'm right. Bring on the next 10 disagree's!
I don't see the big deal. Look at the Wii and how many little ad ons they sell for it and low and behold people are still buying the heck out of them. People will buy Natal. Any one that thinks it will flop is just speaking from a fan boy perspective.
I swear I cannot sit and play a game for more than two hours at a time. Every great once in a while like with Fallout 3 and Uncharted 2 I'll have a 5 hour session. But other than that I like to make my games last. It's pointless to play through a whole game in a day or two that you just bought for 60 bucks.
No one should spend 40 hours a week gaming. Just think about it. That is almost two full days out of every week where all you did was sit and play games. You gotta learn to ease up on the gaming bro. There is so much other stuff in life to experience.
Good points. But I still love and miss the multiplayer (had to sell it during hard time this year) As far as articles go though. This is a perfect example of why game journalism is not taken seriously. Why not just take the time to write out a full article and give the reader reasons to agree with you?
