Actually... I can beat Ico (my favorite game of all time) in under 3 hours without skipping anything. If its good, as The Order defiantly is, you'll play it more that once. I've lost count of how many times I finished Ico, and I have already played through The Order twice. Based on how good it is, I'm sure i will play through it a bunch more.
Would you buy a movie, watch it once, then never watch it again? That would be stupid, wouldn't it.
That track jacket is bitchin, and I like the second shirt.
I love the metal gear series and think 4 was a masterpiece. I'm a little worried about open world MGS. I trust Kojima, but these games have always been heavily story driven, and I like that. I hope open world don't mess with the feel of Metal Gear to much.
Isn't it the port that is being handled by a different company? My fear is, they will have to keep the 360 in mind, because the two games are going to have to be the same. Because of that, some things that are not possible on last gen may be foregone in the current gen version for unity sake.
Why did I get disagrees in my last comment? I didn't say anything that people could disagree with. Some people on this site suck.
Yeah... I've not noticed any bugs, or hiccups in the same rate at all.
It is very underrated.
I think bnoyes may be a Sony hating troll acting as if he likes Sony, and is concerned for their future. No one that has played The Order that was non biased would say something so stupid.
I'm trying to figure out why you would have gotten any disagrees for what you have written. Its very strange.
Great read... Well done. I could not agree more.
This is maybe a bit of topic, but I was a little surprised to see that this game is being made for last gen. I will still get the game (my Wife is a big fan of the series) but we have lowered our expectations.
@ Title,
Is it for the same reason that you are almost a great writer? :D
Sorry... Couldn't help it. I'm so ashamed.
As sad a it is, some horrible people will go to metacritic to low score the game, even though they have never played the game out of hate. It's terrible, but it's true.
Hey, Paul... I've not really seen any gamers that have played the game agree with any of those "journalists" who would say that the game is disappointing. I have to say, Paul... You implying that The Order is a disappointment... I'm very disappointed in you.
:)
I could not agree with this review more. I like this game so much that I have already finished it twice. It took me about 10 hours the first time with 53% completion. I did read every paper that I found. I checked every picture that I came across, and listened to all the wax recordings as well. I played on medium difficulty, and thought that, once the game ramped up, it could be tough, but not to.
If you liked The Last of Us, you will most likely enjoy this game very much.
That doesn't sound very likely to me. What is the name of the retailer so I can look into this to see if you are telling the truth, or just joking to get peoples goat.
Also... That would mean that the PS4 has been selling like hotcakes over the past weekend.
I love this game. All the negative stuff that had been hurled at it is B.S.. There were multiple reviews that said that the game looked great, but played like a 10 year old game.
I've never been one to buy into the whole "gaming journalists are being payed to review a game this way or that", but I did find it odd that more than one reviewer said exactly that. Even using the same wording...
Anyway... I didn't get that at all. It plays very si...

It's not all that short either. Took me about 10 hours, and I wound up with 53% completion. It is no more cut scene heavy that most story...
Yeah... I can't wait to get it. I've been following it since it was a PS3 Move game. In fact, it's the only reason I have Move. Still... It's a PS4 exclusive that doesn't fit the current gaming model. It will be divisive, and will get hate poured all over it by haters.
I'm concerned with how the story will flow if there is a bunch of travel time, and side missions to get drawn into between main set pieces.
