I have to take issue with your last sentence. If you actually look at the numbers, PS3 took world wide lead well before that. Also, keep in mind that the 360 was on the market for nearly a year before the PS3 launched. I'm not trying to rile up fanboys...I'm just setting the record straight.
Also, I don't think the plan was to launch with DX12. If that were the case, the Xbox One would still not be on the market. The ideas put forth in the article do sure make it ...

After a tough race, I highly enjoy watching the replay and chilling for a bit. You also get to critique your lines, and enjoy the modeling on the cars. I don't care about replay online, but for the single player I really enjoy it.

It's not skins that is the problem. It's maps and monsters. There just isn't enough content to warrant the 60 dollar price tag. If you don't mind it, that's fine, but for me.... I'll wait for the inevitable full edition to come out later.

Um... No. While I am very interested I'm Rime, it is going to be very different than a Fumito Udea game. Rime is going to feature tower defense elements. The main character does look like a direct rip off of Ico, which is my favorite game of all time.
I think this is a non issue, though it was a good read. My gamer Wife, Sister, Mother, or Any other female gamer I know have ever mentioned an thing about it. And... I know it doesn't bother me to play a female character. Tomb Raider, Beyond Good & Evil, the awesome and underrated Primal, and many others that I own and love have female leads. It's never been anything that's crossed my mind while playing.
