Lol
Yep... This just shot up on my list of must haves. It's like Oddworld in hell.
Well said... When I play, I try to cause as little mayhem as possible. I don't hurt people or animals, and I try to not ever crash into anything. It's the way I like to play. Then you hand the controller to my friend and watch the chaos ensue. Everything in sight is hit with molotovs, grenades, rockets, and bullets. Once out of ammo, the beatings begin, until he's eventually taken out. I don't think he's ever done a story mission.
That's the fun of GTA...
Even so, Rockstar is not making the games to be modded, so modding has never been a selling point. For those that disagreed with me, do you also disagree that fire is hot, and water is wet?
While I would like to agree, the fact that GTA V (a game that's been out for over a year) sold over a million in less than an hour points in another direction.
Nicely done. Funny bubble +
Man.... This is looking really good. I may have to grab it to tide me over till the next Grand Turismo.
Ahh.... The good old days. I remember everything they listed. Not only that but I had every issue of OPM, was a member of PlayStation Underground, and was even a member of the invitation only Gamers Advisory Panel (GAP). The times...How they change.
LMAO. Thanks... I needed a good laugh.
Man... Please don't think I'm trying to be a jerk.... The first thing I thought when I read, not exclusively a first person shooter was, you can go third person in vehicles in Battlefield.
I'm glad to see I was wrong. Third person is the default.
Lol
How would you figure that mods would be a main selling point for Rockstar?... I'm sure they've never thought, we're going to bust our butts to make the best game we can so that people can try to make it different. They probably don't care about mods either way, but they make look at it the same way an artist would if they gave you a painting, and you started drawing on it.
Persistentthug,
It's Star Wars dude... Nothing ever has had a bigger following, except for religion. Smell that coffee?...
ERFO is right. I'm 40, and all my friends and I played on PlayStation. Hell... My 13 year old still plays my old copy of Battlefront 2 from time to time.
I believe that it is to be released on the 18th. This Saturday. I'm petty excited. It's supposed to contain gameplay.
Well get on it. Lol
Funky,
Be forewarned, there have been many reports of Steam issues, and program conflicts for the PC version.
I couldn't agree more. The original felt almost spiritual where this one felt like slap stick comedy. My biggest complaint was the change in Abe's voice.
I hate that Abe now sounds like a half whit hillbilly. In the original Abe's Odyssey his voice had more of an alien spiritual feel. In New & Tasty he sounds like someone you would call Jim Bob who may have relations with his relations, if you know what I mean. Other than that, it's awesome.
Good point, Tex. I was surprised by how many people picked up Hardline. It was never on my radar. No Mans Sky is what I'm most looking forward to at the moment. I hope it gets a release date soon.
