We let the Xbox and Xbox 360 make you pay just to play online. But the major difference here is that PlayStation still has FTP games that let you play online without ps+. With everyone complaining about it now being required to play killzone online I can relate with. It is still a major problem for some of my friends. (They don't want to pay extra just to play online. They have the money they just don't want to spend it on ps+, even though 30% of the games they buy come out for free.)...

I don't want to buy a capture card anymore. If I really want to edit the footage with my own music in it, of which would probably get taken down due to bs copyright claims, then I will just download the mp4 data from my account page and then edit it that way. If that doesn't work then I'll still download it using a simple tweak to my web browser and download it and then edit it. Using my handy dandy super c video editing program I will do what ever I want to the video file.

I booed the announcement of the DRM policy at my screen at home when I heard this. Even though I did not plan on buying the Xbox one anyway I still got angered by this DRM policy. And I am glad that it was abolished. But for someone to say they made a mistake by retracting the DRM? No. This guy I will not listen to. I won't respect his opinion, and I won't respect his ideals.

I hate kinect now and I will hate it later. Until it gets fine pin point accuracy with much better response time with its calculations and collision detection... Then I might be interested in it. But I don't see the kinect being any better than what we already have available today. Buttons perform the simplest task much faster than a camera trying to read our input.
My experience with kinect was 3 gaming sessions a my friends house. It is only fun when you play party game...

I know exactly what happens when you try to play forza 5 offline. An error message comes up saying "internet connection needed to play the game."
