PSN does not seem to be near as bad, but very few even use comms and the population is a lot smaller. At least with Live you can mute, block, and avoid them for ever. One can also use the feedback system.
Maybe if you're playing UNO. If there's any kind of tactics used in an online game (Killzone, Burnout, RDR) over half of the people playing have headsets. PSN also has mute and block options.
I don't know. Both of those options are bottom of the barrel for me.

Yeah, you should keep that copy of Toy Story on VHS! No one should have to buy it again on Blu-ray. Screw paying for that movie twice! (Three times if you include DVD.)
