Reading some of what Todd says here future games might not be exclusive to Microsoft. They say something about how it would be hard to imagine Elder Scrolls 6 only being on Microsoft platforms and Todd says "it would be hard to imagine." He also talks about how they still plan to run things the way they have been and they want as many people to play their games as possible.
It could just be talk but until I actually hear that these future games won't be on PS5...
That is some gorgeous key art. I'm liking everything I'm reading about it too. Really hope this makes it out next year.
And a patch has already fixed it so this story should be disregarded.
Was looking forward to playing this on Series X this year but oh well. Plenty of other games to play. it's looking really good though.
Yep and they upgraded FF15 to the Royal Edition. Great additions.
Yeah I've been calling this. I thought either this or The Pathless would be on there and after that one was ruled out I knew it had to be Bugsnax. Insane value on PS+ in November.
Delayed after it went Gold. Now this is funny. It's obvious the game needs more works so just push it to 2021. They haven't even shown console footage which should worry people. That usually means they are hiding something.
Some really good games here. I really enjoyed Knights and Bikes on PS4 so play it if you missed it there. Same goes for those classic Lucasarts games.
I would argue that most of that demographic is already playing on PlayStation though so what does this bring? Sony already has a huge presence. I don't see them needing a rapper to build a bigger audience.
Look I'll be the first one to tell you that Sony has some of the best first-party content out there. But they have 13 studios to Microsoft's 24 now. Microsoft had like 5-6 a few years ago. I'd rather see Sony invest in getting more studios as well before Microsoft buys more of them up. Better that then wasting money on a rapper.
Ah yeah I guess that's what I meant. They had a mode that targeted it but didn't hit it. Would've been nice if they could've done more for this on PS5. I feel like it was obvious that it would hit 60fps when the PS4 version already had that unlocked mode included.
Um didn't it already do that on the Pro?
I feel like I've heard this out of him before. Although with them owning Bethesda it's only natural that they'll have more SP games now.
All of the right moves honestly. If this would've came out next month for $70 it would've been DOA. February is less crowded and being on PS+ gives it the best chance to find an audience. The game was going to have microtransactions too which for $70 made it even worse.
I paid around $120 for my 8TB external HDD. No way I'm paying that same price for only 500GB or even 1TB. I'm fine using the 8TB HDD on the PS5 and moving my games back and forth. It's faster than having to redownload them anyway.
False. External HDD's let you store PS5 games so you don't have to redownload them. You just can't play them from there which isn't a big deal. Just move the game you want to play over to the internal when you want to play it. It doesn't take that long. Being able to use an 8TB HDD is worth that.
I could care less about buying external SSDs for the PS5 or Series X. I'm fine using my 8TB HDD that I've been using on the Pro and One X. To me having 8TB of space is worth the trade off of having to move next gen games back and forth between the drives. It doesn't take that long to move a game that I want to play over. Can always go get something to eat, browse the internet real quick or do something else.
This will fundamentally change the way that I enjoy games on PlayStation. What an incredible power move by Sony!
Just get an external HDD. You can play all your PS4 games from it and store the PS5 games. Moving the PS5 games back and forth between the HDD and the internal beats having to download them again.
More like years ago. GWG has been a joke ever since Game Pass came out.
