So you think that just b/c TLOU2 won GOTY that it shouldn't win best action/adventure or best sound design for example? That makes no sense. It won GOTY because all parts of it were better than the other games. They should just give Ghost or FF7 something else even though that part of their game wasn't actually better than TLOU2? No that isn't how it should work.
Oh well it was the best game so it deserved to win those awards. This isn't a participation show where you get an award just because. It isn't the first game to sweep awards at an award show and it won't be the last. But hey if it was another game sweeping we know certain people's attitudes would be different now don't we.
Oh look a reviewer doing their job. This game is pathetic on the base consoles and there is no excuse for it. Games like RDR2, TLOU2, Ghost, and many more all look and run fine on base consoles. There is no excuse for Cyberpunk.
I mean that's what happens when you have some extremely strong games in one year. They deserve it. We shouldn't be switching up the games just for the sake of it.

You do realize that the public voted TLOU 2 GOTY at The Golden Joystiqs don't you? It's also been voted GOTY by quite a few other reader's choice awards too. Difference is that 4chan and other bigot places weren't made aware of those to influence them. Nice downplaying though.
Great it can join Dragon Age as a game we'll be playing 5-6 years from now. Seriously why does Bioware keep doing this? These games are so far out so stop showing pointless CG trailers. Dragon Age was announced years ago and we've still yet to see anything from the actual game.

Miles is killing it as expected. Beating out a COD in its debut month isn't easy. Great to see Demon's Souls, TLOU2, and Sackboy all doing well too. Sad that Sackboy didn't make top 20 on PS4 in either region though. Almost feels like it was a waste to put it on PS4.
They really should've. I've barely used mine at all b/c there is nothing really on it that I can't play on my PS5. There is nothing coming anytime soon either at least announced right now. They were clearly not ready on the software front and should've just held off.
This is exactly why you don't listen to a mo-cap actor on when a game is coming out. They would never have that information. I said all along this game was late next year at best. Don't be surprised if it slips to 2022. I've also seen some idiots blaming COVID. Like this game has been in the works for 5 years now and going on 6. COVID had little to do with it for most that time. Some people really are just plain stupid.

Word to the wise: Any company that has had a game go gold on ALL platforms but refuses to send reviews keys out for any of them but the PC platform should be looked at skeptically. Any company that refuses to let reviewers use their own captured footage should also be looked at skeptically. Maybe you should realize there are red flags surrounding this game and the 10/10 scores may not be telling you the whole story.
Don't count on that Metacritic score to hold once console reviews come in. A lot of those reviewers let their hype blind them too. They fault other games for being buggy messes but ignored it for this one and gave it 10/10s anyway. If you trust people like that then you're stupid.
These reviews were played with the Day 1 patch. Nothing is changing come Thursday.

CDPR can stop with this. They are lucky they got what they did. Had they sent out console codes for review they would be lucky to have an 80 Metacritic score. The game is a mess on those platforms and not impressive at all.
