It is unfortunate to note that there's been quite a lot of bias generated via the PS3 vs 360 versions and DLC. I think people are not keeping things in proper context.
Lets be honest, this is really only a 2nd generation game for the current gen of consoles. To state that it has the best graphics, sound and game play is truly a stretch.
My only fear is that this biased hype will go on for years, thus making it so every game then on after has to be compared to GTA IV...
Irregardless that's still a huge hurdle to have and is going to end up doing more damage than anything else.
What good is saying you have a huge distribution network when you can't actually distribute items of heft and value.

Exactly. I can't tell the difference between a 727 and a 747 from the ground, but I'm sure if I saw it down on a run way and saw the insides as well I could tell the difference.
1080p matters most to people with those massive screens where stretching will only get you so far. Another difference would be to see a standard LCD screen vs a Graphic Design built LCD.

Very good article, much of what he says does hold weight. A good classical wrpg would be Fallout and Fallout 2. Those two games are a good embodyment of what a wrpg is.
Not to say some jrpgs don't have their original merits.
All and all things need to change a little and get mixed up.
Does anyone else get the feeling that they're really milking FF:CC for all it's worth? The complete game (with DLC) must surely be nearly twice the price than the game sans DLC.

Well there's not much to say... Who's that deprive that they have to use the PSP for pron... You know how slow it is for browsing, not to mention how it lays out webpages making some sites impossible to navigate...
Seriously, someone has a lot of patience with the PSP if they're browsing porn with it. It would be far easier to put porn on the memory card and watch it from there than brows for it.

I believe they are available in Japan. They work similar to a one time use credit card. Not like how Wii points or MS Point cards do. Since it's dollars for dollars, not dollars for non-money.
