Because he's effectively said he's not interested because Sony's not there, but we all know he'll be watching and seeing games hes interested in. All these people saying E3 is dead because their favorite publisher is absent for a year but they eat up every major AAA they see on stage every other year.

Think theres a bit more to it than just the engine. What little we saw of the shooting in the recent trailer looked extremely similar to MGSV and even the walking, crouched movement and running looks like it feels similar to MGSV. If anything I'd say it's an example of just building off the experience of your previous works.

And now we've had the discussion the answer was pretty much a no until Sony were pressured by larger studios and then they caved for 2 or 3 games. They're still pretty much on the fence but they're moving in the right direction.

Thats just attention to detail in creating the map. It in no way shows that they're making a game universe otherwise they'd have gone out of their way to talk about it with Ironman VR.

Disney for the most part doesn't have a serious attitude with video games so they clearly had no plans for such a thing. Otherwise we'd have heard about it by now.

To be fair there are games with the "Only on PlayStation" tag on the box art that later got a PC port like Nioh and Detroit. Just means it can go either way. Out of interest was Sony announced as the publisher when the platforms were originally announced?

Currently it does look somewhat boring. The setting is interesting but you need more than just that.

Overall this is purely because we've only had one gameplay demo and I had the exact same opinion for God of War 4 after seeing the first gameplay demo because all we literally saw Kratos swing the axe around, throw it and use one of the Leviathan Axe abilities. No variation was shown and it's a similar story with Ghost of Tsushima...

I'm not sure they will in the case of Compulsion. The studio is made up of only 40 devs and We Happy Few only released less than a year ago. They've also recently released dlc for the game so I doubt they have a new game to show.

If they do then wow they're working hard and I'd imagine that an MS acquisition would've allowed them to get some new hires but we'll have to wait and see.
