Still following his direction? If they were doing that then you could play as more than 1 character and the combat wouldn't have been downgraded. This game is just another FF13 with a different number slapped on it.
Why? People wouldn't have bought it even if it was the exact same game as Dying Light (and technically it is). People don't hate the gameplay, they only hate the title. Dying Light is just a Dead Island clone with worse combat (no analog limb specific hits), terrible parkour, and the same glitches as the last Dead Island games) and yet people like it because the game doesn't have "Dead Island" in the title.

Yes, it even has the same bugs. I guess the devs managed to fool people at least. Now people who hate Dead Island like Dead Island and when the next REAL Dead Island game in the series comes out people will bash it because what they thought of the last Dead Island game even though they were really playing the last Dead Island game that they loved which was called Dying Light at the time.

I'm glad I waited for this instead of buying the glorified Battlefield 3 DLC known as Battlefield 4.
I think they're better off delaying this until the PS5 releases. If they release it this gen then it will only be played for a month before Tekken fans go back to T7 and Street Fighter fans (the ones that are willing to play this anyway) will go back to SF5. There will be no reason to play a crossover for longer than a month since the main series will be out for both franchises and will be more competitive.

The N4G comment section isn't meant to be for logic. Of course you could explain how bad a game would be put people here would still defend it as if nothing is wrong with the game. Same thing goes for companies like Sony or when a dev says there is no multiplayer in a game and people defend it as if they don't want it (until the dev decides to put it in the second game in which case it's apparently awesome; especially if it's an exclusive).

I'm not surprised of the score because of the game their reviewing. Dying Light was just a copy & paste of Dead Island even down to the bugs/glitches.
Not sure why they're asking fans when they should be asking Microsoft. Microsoft hates MMOs on their console for the most part (especially when it comes to cross-platform play).
I find it funny when people say they hate Dead Island but like Dying Light because to me they're saying they hate Dead Island but like Dead Island. I mean it's the same thing even down to the terrible storyline & the same bugs. The only real difference is the bad parkour and worse combat.
Playstation Now will be useless until the have Vita games that you can play on PS4.
They should hurry up and release this already so they can get started on FF16. I already know FF15 will be just another FF13 clone with 1 character, health regen, etc. so I want this game out as soon as possible so they can hopefully make FF16 a REAL FF game (much like FFvs13 before it got ruined/downgraded after the name change).
