They're trying to bring in new players which is why the game is easier for beginners looking to get into the series. For example, the wakeup options are safer and you have a dedicated move that crushes through certain moves while also giving you armor to reduce damage taken when using it.

Because Riot only has 1 server for NA and it's on the west coast. They also have no plans to put a server on the east coast to balance it out. Instead they'll put their resources into servers for other countries including giving one of their servers located on the east coast to LAN.

Telltale making games based off of already popular franchises is what their biggest failure is so they've already had quite a few failures.
The problem with Tekken x Street Fighter is that it will have a very short lifespan considering it will likely be released after both Tekken 7 & Street Fighter 5. I mean nobody will bother with the game on the Tekken side after about a month because they'll be going back to Tekken 7 and I doubt many SF players will be interested in this game to begin with as it will be mostly Tekken's style of gameplay with this spinoff and they'll just go back to SF5.

The game is a mess. Not only do they have terrible servers but the gameplay itself is dull and unless you're fighting the monsters then you're just running around the rest of the time. There is nothing in between the running to find the monster & actually fighting the monster to keep the game interesting.
