I haven't heard anyone being hyped over this. If anything it has all been disappointment since it looks more like an Injustice game than a Mortal Kombat game when it comes to the mechanics.
The only fighting game hype I've seen has been for Tekken 7 & Street Fighter 5. Not sure how they went from something as good as MK9 to this.
But they ARE doing whatever they want. They've already made it clear that they don't care if fans want to play as more than one character like it was when it was FFvs13. They want to downgrade the game and make you only play as 1 of them.
It won't hurt Sony at all because it's a delay, not a cancellation. E3 is also coming up and I'm sure Sony will have something to fill its previous spot.
If anything it would be Kojima changing Hayter out and Konami knew ahead of time what a stupid decision that would be but Kojima has too much control even to the point of ruining his own games.
No. I was waiting for FFvs13. I couldn't care less about FFXV as that's just a FF13 Lightning Returns clone with Nsync. FFvs13 was actually worth it because you could play as every member in your party but leave it up to Square-Enix to ruin it. It's why I never buy games from them anymore. I'd rather wait until a good RPG comes out like Persona 5 instead of wasting my time with overhyped mediocrity.
lol @ the remaster excuse. They could put GoW3 on Playstation Now (if they haven't already) to open up the door to new players. This "remaster" is hardly an upgrade. Remasters aren't worth it this gen. Last gen it was ok because they were being upgraded to HD versions of the game and it was a big jump then. Now you hardly see a difference when going from PS3 to PS4 with these "remasters".

He looks like one of the dullest characters. He plays more like Harley Quinn (Injustice character) than a Mortal Kombat character anyway.
